  1. I ordered it, but it isn't in stock with them which is what I feared. After waiting about 2 weeks, I got an email from them saying it will be another 2-3 weeks before it ships. I just canceled it instead because I didn't want wait and the shipping was....like twice the cost of the book. Chris
  2. Whoa, cool. I love that transport and the Yuko/Valk. Also, nice figure electric indigo. Chris
  3. Thanks you guys! Yup, it was a lot of masking and steady hand brushing. It's not perfect but it's pretty darn close to what I could tell frm the ortho's that are available. Electric Indigo, how's yours comming along? I love to see some more pics Chris
  4. Here is my Sylphid still early in the decaling process with no weathering. I went with the crazy camo, I like how it came out but I think overall colors are too dark. Oh well Canopy is just resting in position and will be sealed after everything else is done. Chris
  5. I can't tell if it is available with Amazon.jp. I used their english page but when I check for availablity I can't read what it says. Chris
  6. I'm sure I'll be flammed for this, but I'll say The Lord of the Rings trilogy. Chris
  7. Great work!!! Chris
  8. Look at the legs, nose, and the wing undersides that are visable. They are definately not white, the arms do look white though. Hlj's description also did say the valk will be the light blue grey too. Chris
  9. The Vf-25 itself is also recolored. It's not white but a very light grey-blue now. Chris
  10. Maybe a mass-produced version of my SV-51? Chris
  11. Cool, I just started mine as well. My canopy had a gap too, it really was easy to fix, just some hot water and then moved it with my fingers till it fit correctly, once it fit I ran it under cold water and it fits perfectly now! I think I'm going to go with the insane camo, :s Chris
  12. Hi Mitch, the link you posted doesn't work, but I edited my original post with a link now. Thanks Chris
  13. HLJ has a pretty good description of what the new vf-25 super-pack will look like. Sorry I can't post the link as I'm using my wife's I touch and it doesn't have the cut/paste function. Sorry if this is old news. http://www.hlj.com/product/BAN960342 Chris
  14. Me too Chris
  15. Cool, I'm about to start mine too. Which version are you doing? the "camoed" version or the standard one? Keep the pictures comming Chris
  16. I'd like to see one of Long bow that was posted a a few pages back, too. Chris
  17. Yeah, I was really suprised that they had a happy ending of sorts. Very satisfying too me after all they've been through. Bad guys gone, and they find a home. Chris
  18. damn it!!!! I went and updated my credit card with paypal ( new expiration date) and now it won't let me use a credit card for this purchase!!!! WTF!!! I've given Hlj my cc info but for some reason they always had problems verifying my card in the past, that's why I used PP in the first place. Anyone else ever have either of these problems? Chris
  19. Very nice! So it'll be out in Nov...according to the ticket. Will this be another hard/impossible to find exclusive or will there be a wider release? Also, what are the odds we will get a decent F-22 SS? The Raptor could easily be made to transform into SS with minamal kibble. Hopelfully the effort will be put into it and we won't get another "Robot parts hanging off of an airplane transformer that pretty much all plane Transformers are. Chris
  20. I really hope they due release it. Honestly, I'd written this kit off, since it's been delayed for so long. Thanks for those images, they are fantastic!!! Chris
  21. I couldn't agree more. i'm really looking forward to this one. Sorry, because I'm sure it's been mentioned all ready, but when is the VE-1 due? Chris

    1/60 SV-51

Hmmm, that is a very tempting price! I am tempted to get a Nora. My repainted Ivanov wasn't too floppy....just a little bit of super glue and the wings where nice and tight. Damn I wish there wasn't so many other things I want, so I can't spend the money on another SV-51. Chris
  24. I wouldn't mind one way or the other, but...after hearing what a PG kit costs, I'd much rather just have a straight fighter kit. It would be much more affordable and my 1/72's are always in ighter mode anyway. Chris
  25. Sorry Duke, I already posted it back on page 51. Chris
