    I took it that while he was a "new" pilot on Galactica, the battle that unfolded was his first COMBAT but that he has flown missions before but just never saw any action. Aferall not every flight would mean he was in a fight. Chris

    Can't remember what was said in RAZOR, but I know they did not show the first 2 webisodes that did specifically say that it was his first combat mission. I agree that a slight retcon would be nice, never did like the idea that he only flew in 1 battle, personally. Anyone remember what was said in Razor? Chris

    That"s what I was about to say! Make it a prequel about Mav's father. There was an epsiode of Dogfights about a big furball that the crusaders were in that would be perfect (historically speaking) for his fathers demise. Chris

    Yup, I never saw or thought there was a rape. I always took it as Guld was just jealous of Myung and Isamu possibly having a secret relationship. He wanted Myung himself, then saw them together and went beserk. He blocks the memories and then later starts to see bits of the overall memory and figures it must've been Isamu who hurt Myung and betrayed them all....that along with his personal "feelings" on the matter.

    Yup, I rememnber there was test footage around from ILM before the first transformers movie that had an autobot transform next to someone on a desert highway. looked pretty close to the animation too. Chris found it:

    They showed the different locations already burning or ruined as you hear the hybrid speaking, but no shots of the Battlestar fleet being switched off, or of the cities before they were destroyed. They did show stock footage from the Razor attack on the scorpion shipyards. This was probably all done so you would buy the dvd to see the extra footage like what was done with Razor with the additional attack footage and the Tauron invasion flashback footage. As big a fan as I am for the BSG just didn't care enoigh for the Plan (it was ok and all) to warrant the purchase and didn't buy it originally because I was tired of the cylon centric story line that was the second half of S3 through S4...and really didn't want to see more of them. I just don't find them as fascinating as RDM and Eick apparently do/did......infact they really annoyed me with their hypocracy (the cylons) Jaime Bamber said in a podcast that he liked it when the cylons were more of a mystery and the seemed much more threatening.....gotta agree with the man. Just my feelings on it. Still a big fan though. Chris

    that's what was shown on the televised version (which is how I saw the plan).....I still haven't seen the attack as seen on the blu-ray dvd. I was pissed they didn't show the attack scenes on tv. Chris

    I already voted yes, and now that I'm nearly finished my hasegawa 1/48 custom, I've gotten a new appreciation for this fighter and would really like to see a 1/60 version that does the design justice. Glad for those of you that like the current 1/60, but for me it just doesn't cut it. Chris

    I think if or when she is killed off, that it should in some way involve the Jedi letting it happen in some way, like she's held hostage and the Jedi won't negotiate with the kidnappers or something like that. This way it would further push Skywalker away from the Jedi....or maybe make him feel responsible because he couldn't save her in time, like his mother. Chris

    I'm a bit disappointed that we haven't seen anything new comming out in 1/48, like a 1S and/or super/strike parts or a YF-21....and those are just the ones that were done in 1/72. I'd love to see a VF-11 (pipe dream I know) or what ever happened to that 1/48th VF-25 from Bandai?...... Chris

    Looks like the phase 1 armor is still there but the phase II armor is shown, as are ARC fighters and Republic Commando's, so maybe the armor upgrade will start later in the season to bridge the gap. Personally, I like the look of the phase II armor more than the Phase I and have been wondering when they would make the upgrade. Glad to see they are showing the progression. Glad the series is returning in a month, but I'm disappointed that the S2 DVD/bluray won't be out until the middle of oct. Chris

    That's all I was saying too. Don't have problem with gerwalk mode in general, just that the 19's look silly. Chris

    Man this thing looks sweet! Look at that tiny little ankle joint, guessing that will be die-cast. Gotta say though, the 19 series gerwalk mode always looked like an after thought to me. Chris
