    Well this, and likely all other repaints are now officially out of my price range. Valks were getting expensive as it was, but this....... It's a shame too. Chris Yeah, I'm in the same boat as you....problem is the high priced VF-11 never seemed to be reduced all that much and wasn't that the last new VF that yamato made? Chris

    No, but While AmiAmi has the best prices and usually fast shipping/processing times, they really REALLY frown on canceling preorders. So only pre-order if you a sure you are going to get it. Chris

    So the legs can now swivle in b and g modes, but are they supposed to hang low in fighter mode? It looks like the are angled down behind the intake like the VF-1's with fast-packs. Or is this just the case of Bandai using the old legs with more articulation added? Must admit I'm tempted by this one so far but not sold yet. Want to see some good profile shots of fighter mode.     Absolutely, YES!!! We still need a good toy of this fighter. The VF100's where a rediculous partsforming mess and the DX just had a horible sculpt with crappy paint and loose joints. The model was good but really needs a leg to wing lock to keep the legs in the right position. Like others said if they can make it on par with the VF-1 or 19 they'd have a winner. Chris

    Yup, I agree. Congrats on getting Andromrda, I'm very jealous ( I had to cancel my pre-order money's been really tight. ) Shame they didn't come up with that 5 sound effect. They should've used a missle or torpedo sound effect. Oh well. Looking forward to seeing more! Chris

    Agreed, Yamato has finally nailed the 19 design, now they just need to make the other variants and different paint schemes. Chris

    I admit I've never seen M7, do the Blazers gunpods look different from the Kai's? I know the function differently ie...the Kai's shoots speaker pods while the Blazers is a coventional gunpod, but do they LOOK different? Also, I guess the final color will be different then if it's the prototype, didn't Kawamori tell Yamato the red was wrong.....even though it wasn't? Chris

    Nice!!! Now I just have to wait for a hopeful repaint of the mold as possibly the VF-19E. I acknowledge the mold is great looking, but it looked soooooo much better as the grey resin prototype. The colors really take away from an otherwise beautiful bird. Hopefully patience will pay off, because I just can't get past the color scheme. Edit: forgot to ask, this was the painted resin prototype correct? If so then the color will be different and not so bright right? If so that may change my mind. Chris

    I take it back...the more I look at it, the feathered ailerons (plus after Davids A380 video) I can kind of dig them......and Lena...." Never crushed on a Macross girl before, till now. Chris

    After Episode III, that's pretty much how I saw it happening. How else can you explain Anakin going from protecting Palpatine from being executed by Mace, so he can get answers from him, to murdering Jedi and Jedi children in the temple? Made me just figure that once you touch the dark side it's like a rapidly moving infection playing on your fears and anger and such. Chris

    The main things that I don't like about the 1/48th are the low hanging arms and shoulders in fighter mode, and the super wide canopy....frickin hate how it looks from above or nose on because of that damn wide canopy. IMO, the V2 1/60 is FAR superior to the 1/48. Chris
