Hey Guys, sorry it's been so long. Since I wasn't on a deadline I really just took my time with this....sometimes skipping several days and just didn't work on it. Well, I finished her about a week ago and am now just getting around to taking pictures of her. As usual, my pictures really don't show alot of the subtly of my weathering that is easier to see with the naked eye, but they still don't look too bad. I changed some things from before, like the grey areas by the booster engines are now steel. I also changed the black banner on the V stabs so they cover the rudders too. The missiles I painted like some similar missiles I saw in the VF-25 Master Files book....I was originally going to paint them like U.S. missiles ie...yellow band in the front to denote a live explosive and a brown one further back to denote a live rocket engine, but then just chose to stick with standard Marcross type markings...red. Anyway, Hope you lke her. Next up a 1/72 VF-2SS. Chris

Is Andrea annoying anyone else? I find her, teenage-like defiance (when she shot Daryl) and her team Shane blinders quite annoying. She and the others that Just love Shane so much are just kidding themselves. They seem to think that Shane is strong and Rick is weak because they "believe" that Shane is just doing what needs to be done for the group while Rick just spins his wheels and does nothing.....but Shane is only doing what needs to be done for HIM.......... and, with the exception of Lorrie and Carl, would cut any of the others loose, ala Otis, in a heart-beat. Shane has totally shed all of his humanity and is and would make the group no better than any of the numerous other dangerous groups that take what they want from anyone else. Rick moves more tactfully, and Andrea (of all people) actually said it best that Shane's presentation is all wrong. Rick had the same conclusion as Shane, he just wanted to get there more tactfully to help the groups situation and be allowed to stay. Rick really would do whatever it takes to save anyone in the group, while others just "think" Shane would. Easy choice for me, I'd follow Rick instead of being eventual zombie bait for Shane. Chris

After looking at the image more carefully i agree with you guys that it is not a shadow. Also it appears that they are using the first VF-1 Master files book as a guide for this scheme. In the back of the book they have this scheme complete with 2 stripes on each wing. Chris

Wonderful! The days my 2 kids were born (now 8 and 4) where truely the 2 best days of my life! Enjoy it and congrats. Chris

Not sure how to take this........ On the one hand the premiss is absurd....but... I think the trailer looks pretty cool. At least we now know that Lincoln chops down trees like Agent ONE does! Chris

Wings angle, and hopefully a nose mod (give the underside an upward slope) and it would be perfect! Hope they can/will make the changes. That being said, still really liking what I see. Chris

Hmm, you're correct. They normally send the order aknolwledemnet email immediately then the order confirmation later, but I didn't get either. Maybe I didn't get one after all. Chris Oh, the 29 isn't even showing on the page anymore either! Maybe that has something to do with it. Chris
