  1. Well here she is fella's. It's been a long project, glad she is done. Now I get to move on to my next kit! Lol! Full album here: http://s137.photobucket.com/user/cd821/library/Nu%20Enterprise?sort=3&page=1 Chris
  2. Holy crap MechTech! Talk about tiny peices! Chris
  3. I really want those Bandai Fleet display stands. I hope the eventually make them for general release. Also, loved that Haazarad custom. That really needs to be made too. Chris
  4. Nice!! Here are some teaser pictures of her nearly complete alternate ancestor! Better quality, complete pictures should be real soon! Just very happy this "project" is so close to being finished. I used replacement registry decals that are available for this kit that also included alternate marking decals. I like the refit style markings on the lower saucer as I felt the actual CG model is to blank there and the NCC-1701 on the underside of the secondary hull was too much, so I went with this set up. I like it better. Chris
  5. Holy SHITE!! That is a beautiful F/A-18F. Is that the actual camo for that Super bug? It is seriously cool! Here's my Big E all ready for decals. Chris
  6. Lol! I know how you feel. The other 2 kits apparently didn't have those markings due to the CG model not being finished yet....I guess? Since the 1/1000 tried to correct this by including them with the UN Fleet set. I was annoyed that they didn't start including those decals with the subsequent rerelease of the kit. At any rate, I pre-ordered the new true 1/500 kit so I clearly have no room to talk! Lol Chris
  7. Yeah....not impressed. It doesn't have ANY of the markings that the ship gradually gained. Chris
  8. GAH! I didn't notice that before, but now it's all I can see! Gotta agree it looks much too thick. Chris
  9. I wish the new 1/500 would have the option to display auxiliary hangar open. I've been considering building the current 1/500 with that modification along with others, but it would be nice if a kit would just include it instead. Would look much better too. Chris
  10. Wiz, while I'm not into Gundam.....that is a really nice looking kit! Duymon, LOVE IT! I kind of regret never getting one of those Yamato kits. I really like your marking choice too. Chris
  11. Egads! Can you imagine how big this box is going to be with the size of the 19 and all of the accessories after we have seen how big the box is for the VF-1! Lol! Chris
  12. Still want to see a good fighter mode profile to see how sleek it may be. Chris
  13. Multi deck carriers comming Jan. 2014 and Feb. 2014! http://blog.yahoo.com/cybergundam/articles/1280451/index Chris
  14. Freaking awesome.....though what is with the brick like intake edge? Was hoping they would've improved that. Chris
  15. We where talking about this over at SSM too. I really hope they still make them in 1/72. Don't understand why they won't/aren't when they are making all the capital ships one scale. Chris
  16. Wha..wha...WHAAAAT! Is this a new tool kit for a true 1/500 2199 Yamato!! Found here: http://yamato2199.net/#plasticmodel_20130820
  17. FANTASTIC! Love everything about this. So beautiful. Chris
  18. @Shaorin, nice Eagle. Will it be a USAF, IAF, JDF bird? Looking forward to seeing her all painted up. Chris

  21. Congrats! Looks really nice. Lighting kits has never been my forte' and have always admired people who o it. Chris
  22. Same here. Maybe they don't like our area of the U.S. Chris
  23. Thanks again guys. I was originally against the idea of the ship being as large as it is but I have come to accept it. There was a good thread about this over at SSM and after handling the model the things we thought we knew about it are wrong and things actually make sense. This is a fan made cutaway that shows things actually work. You can make out some figures at key areas of the ship like in front of the main view screen/window. From there everything else like windows, docking ports, ect actually work and fit. Work on the model is progressing steadily, the first nacelle is just about done. Also, I finally attached the saucer! That was a big moment that I was waiting for! Lol! Dry fit the nacelles afterwards to get an idea of what the model wold look like together...damn she's big! @Derex, the viper is looking fantastic! Are you going to do a custom paint scheme or go with the canon Galactica paint job? @Electric indigo, what is that from? It looks really cool! Chris
