Coated the joints area with a soaked qtip and let it dry for a few minutes.
-
As such, you oughta get that damaged-box Glaug at that pricing if you don't have a Glaug, yet. "damaged box" items are usually ok. Unless, of course, you got some bizarro freshbox-fetish...
-
You can try apply some Future/Pledge polish on the loose joints of your valk. It might help. It helped a bit on mine, but I still don't trust it in neutral-standing on its own.
-
The one from Ami? That pricing is for a damaged-box variety and most likely only one available at that pricing. As such, the exchange-rate is considerably not favorable right now so you're still prolly gonna pay as much as what we paid during the Glaug pre-orders/release. If you get it at that pricing right now from the damaged-box variety, that is.

HS seems to have had the best po-pricing at 7740y. ami and hlj are within 190y from each other. cdj's pricing seems to be the most expensive as it doesn't seem to be even discounted Wonder how much N-Y and AE will charge.
-
not much of a discount, so went with hlj. and lol@ami! already closed. ahahaha!

Well, 1/4 Chou'un Bunny is up for pre-o: http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?gcode=FIGURE-019924 Looks quite expensively boring compared to the 1/4 Haku-chan.
-
Well, it's not quite the same exact toy, tho. The old Yammie seems to be quite solid, but this Arcadia version has QC-issues...

Bandai Gobots/Machine Robo Series Toy Thread

taghobby blogged some new pics of upcoming Turbo, Blackbird, and Cement robo from Action-Toys: http://www.taghobby.com/1-0/1-1/action-toys-machine-robo-series-07%e3%80%8a%e5%a4%a9%e5%a8%81%e5%8b%87%e5%a3%ab%e3%80%8bturbo-robo/ http://www.taghobby.com/1-0/1-1/action-toys-machine-robo-series-06%e3%80%8a%e5%a4%a9%e5%a8%81%e5%8b%87%e5%a3%ab%e3%80%8bblackbird/ http://www.taghobby.com/1-0/1-1/action-toys-machine-robo-series-05%e3%80%8a%e5%a4%a9%e5%a8%81%e5%8b%87%e5%a3%ab%e3%80%8bcement-robo/ -
Well, not really. The VF-2SS from ET should only cost under 4k-yen. Shipped...
-
Yeah. Still way overpriced. Put it under 15K-yen and I'll get it.
-
Already cancelled my Alto-order as well. Like last month or so. Just not a must-have valk for me. Guess I'm ok with just having the Rod-29. The exchange-rate being unfavorable and seems will not be improving any time soon also figured in the decision.
-
OMG! 1/4 Haku-chan! http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?gcode=FIGURE-019847 a little overkill with the red bunny suit, but in kneeling pose. It's still all good, tho. Wonder why that still-yet-another-bunny Chuo'un below is not listed, yet...
-
sonofa... 17550yen. Man, should've waited for that pricing instead. Especially for that loose leg/knee/foot Arcadia special...
-
Well, she is an "android" after all, so boobie-upgrades are prolly standard options...
-
Ouch! That totally sucks, man. A bit ironic since the very thing that made it an expensive "TW Exclusive" is also the cause of that fatal shelf-dive. Long shot, but do hope you can contact Bandai and they be generous enough to cost-free replace your Roy.

Just opened up my Zaku-II ANIME-version, and I'm a little meh on it. It's nice and all with all the improvements and stuff, but it seems to be not quite as awesome as the original. In my eyes, it just doesn't seem to have the shelf presence like the previous release. Compared to the previous release, the new Zaku-II is a bit taller and slimmer, but significantly lighter in weight and lighter in color. The Zaku-I Sniper in my pic is a bit more heavier than it, actually. I mean, it's all good. It's quite very nice. I just really don't feel like triple-dipping with this version like I did with the previous release, however. Guess I just still preferred the previous Zaku-II RD, unlike my overwhelming preference with the new RX-78-2 over it's previous shenanigans-parts version. Oh, well. Here be my pictarz... As such, still hoping that Bandai will release a chunky RD of Bernie's Zaku-II Kai...

Couple of more shots. Spike Witwicky from the TF MP-22 set can be used as a Star League DF Marauder pilot (or some exosquad dude): Scaling against the old crappy pos 1/100 Bandai kit. Also, the HM-R Glaug's cockpit heatshield is on a pull-up hinge:
