    It'll be quite interesting if Chronocidal can get his dud-yf29 replaced either by BBTS or by Bandai themselves since this item is a WWM release and also definitely a big glaring Factory/QC-FAIL.

    It's just gotten way too silly now mostly due to the rise of parallel importers and Bandai being quite a dick about jp-shops allocations. We used to compete for PO against the local japanese scalpers, but at least the regular japanese-shops were offering nice discounts (10% to 20%) then. Nowadays, big nope. All jp-shops set the pricing at full MSRP (most with tokyo-tax added already). And still the parallel importers always hooovers up all avaiable POs with their bots. Welp! It is what it is. And then one may get lucky enough to get Bandai'd when the item gets delivered... 😝 The usual local japanese scalper-shops/"third-party" were doing their usual gatekeeping of amz-jp last nite. I saw at least 30K-yen + 12k-yen shipping for either HM-R last nite (Orguss and 0D). I think they're still at it, but at 25k-yen or so now. It's quite slapstick hilarious... 😂

    I know, right? Feels like somebody (or everybody) at Bandai thinks pricing it exorbitantly will somehow make this figure more valuable or desirable.

    hmm. Even with the ok exchange-rate, I somehow don't feel like preordering at MSRP (or MSRP+TokyoTax) these Bandai HM-R toys anymore. Might as well just wait until release-date, if I'm still interested. Maybe this 0D (and the Orguss) will get discounted nicely a bit at release-date like the HM-R 0S...

Unfortunately, I'm not sure if this HM-R defect is as wide-spread as the RD EZ-8 defect. Hacchaka and the others that usually detect these defects have not posted their stuff to get some confirmations/verifications, yet. Well, oughta check your orders when you get them, at least. I'm waiting on further HLJ comms, but seems some sort of national holiday over there right now...

    I think they're the same Bandai samples at the recent TN-2022. Just the original posted pics have had the wrong white-balance to compensate the flashbulb effect. It had the same wrong colors as the Arcadia non-PF all along...

The RD Ez-8 has been released and japanese fans have been Bandai'd, as documented in hacchaka's tweet and replies: https://twitter.com/hacchaka999/status/1595280447202004993?cxt=HHwWgsDQyarHyaMsAAAA And so, I just received my Ez-8 from Anime-Export. and I can confirm that I, too, just got Bandai'd as well... There were reportes that HLJ is holding off shipments of the Ez-8 orders. So, just be aware of this manufacturing defect issue if you also ordered the Robot Damashii Gundam Ez-8 ver ANIME...

    I think Jenius' group-pic was a bit more processed or something, as I don't think my own Yammie 1/60 has that kind of bright blue coloring in real life. Rather more dark drab than brightened. As such, here's my yammie yf-21 group-pic:. fwiw, I skipped out on the original 1/72 YF-21 as it had some issues back then that I don't remember anymore. Guess we'll all have to wait and see if the DX YF-21's final coloring will be the same or different than the TN-show prototype(s) they've been showing off...

    for tightening the hip ball joints, you can try either Kiki: https://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/topic/48594-product-review-kiki-loose-joint-fixer/ or the old reliable Future/Pledge polish: Not sure about the issue with the wheels, tho, I've read about oil/oily residue stuff mentioned from before. Could be very different from the loose hips joints.
