  1. This DX's bicep looks really puny. reminiscent of the VF-31A biceps? Also, the intake/chest covers are very distracting. Yellow string bras?
  2. Yeah. They're the LRS Turbo-Customs (seven-missiles box). Expecting it to be the complete team of Gregor, Murza, Byman, and Chirico. I do hope Bandai will also do the ROA six-missiles Red Shoulder TC variants. Complete with Gregor's chains and stuff! As such, I also do hope Bandai makes a Space Fatty since it's a sorta hero-type coz Chirico piloted one for his duel with Ypsilon.
  3. Bandai gonna totally show HG and HG-licensees how to properly do a bootleg variant of the VF-1... Wish Bandai also do a Joons homage...

  9. Wondering if the micro-missiles are removable on this Mechanic Edition, like on the old Yammie 1/48 FPs. I'm kinda waiting on some fan(s) to do some proper budweiser-detailing on 'em to show off with the clear covers and stuff...
  10. from the yt above, guess this is STILL an issue with the Bandai DX VF-1 series...
  11. +1 Yup. Totally! simply just plain ol' Bandai Assymmetry shenanigans, imho... --- at any rate, a user-yt of this release...
  12. Seems delayed, per Amz-jp:
  13. hjweb posted their latest (p)review and stuff of the HMR Scopedog: https://hjweb.jp/article/1206953/ The pics are similar to the tamashii-blog's. One feature that has been puzzling me is this: Why, Bandai? 😕
  14. That's considered "damaged", imho. You need to contact them via email right away about it. Add the photos, too. Consider the options they give you when they reply back after seeing/acknowleding the items as damaged.
  15. per tamasshiweb official, PO was scheduled on 11/1 in Japan, so it did came and went already last night: Seems very extremely low allocations, too, even by Bandai's usual stupid tactics. AE doesn't outright state limit-one, but it goes out-of-stock right away when you cart one from them. Oh, well. Try to catch Ami-eng tonite or something, but do prepare to be disappointed: https://www.amiami.com/eng/detail/?gcode=FIGURE-161941
  16. just missing the requisite Spongebob time-card graphic...
  17. Yeah. official PR: https://arcadia.ac/ (web-translated):
  18. Until we get the actual HM-R RSC Scopedog in hand, this could be considered some sort of a scaling preview... a 1/20 RSC (bare) side by side with a 165mm HM-R Soltic H8 Roundfacer:
  19. 1/20 is about 190, so a bit too generous. Maybe this HM-R is more closer to the old 1/24 DM/RDM
  20. official Tamashii page for HM-R Scopedog: https://tamashiiweb.com/item/14638/ some details: Scopedog height: 165mm content listed is for Red Shoulder Custom specs!
  21. official Tamashii blog-page with lots of pics: https://tamashiiweb.com/tn_blog/119/ samples: Chirico figure is about 65mm, per the blog. Smaller than the old Microman variants from Takara. PO starts on 11/1 (japan-time)
  22. Arcadia most likely still have their original YF-21 mould, but most likely BigWest is specifically not authorizing them to do a reissue or whatever due to this Bandai DX offering.
  23. Yeah. In one of the shots, they're not-so-obviously obscuring what seemingly looks like a whalebelly that's possibly due to their unrotated legs feature of the fighter-mode:
  24. fyi. There seems to be another version of this Macross Zero blu-ray box that contain some kind of "store-benefits" (possibly an A3 sheet alongside the postcards of the previous dvd-covers or something else) that is available at amz-jp with the same PO-pricing: https://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/product/B0CLGXWMQB here's the benefit-details on macross.jp and bandai-namco sites, along with the "target-stores" listing: https://macross.jp/news-detail/24575/ https://v-storage.bnarts.jp/bv_news/215859/
  25. new mag-scans (reduced-scale) of the HM-R Scopedog at TD-forum... ( full-scale at https://bbs.toysdaily.com/forum.php?mod=redirect&goto=findpost&ptid=470399&pid=8204776 )
