    You are wrong. Prime died in the movie. That's G1. Japanesee Convoy/Prime didn't die in the movie. Wheeljack was still alive. That's Japanese-continuity. It diverges from G1. It's not G2 or anything else. It's japanese continuity.

    Not really. It's not part of G1. It is part of the japanese continuity, however. Quite distinct from the G1 we (non-japanese) grew up on.

    Arcadia is likely gonna MSRP this set around US$250 to US$350. Maybe more. The standalone GBP (if offered, however unlikely) parts may get MSRP of around US$120. Should not be doing any DIY-ing on either at those pricing. But hey! Maybe Arcadia will include other stuff that is/are completely unnecessary and redundant and not really asked-for by the fans to try to justify their exorbitant pricing-strategy...

    No grey, no buy for me. Already got a 1J and couldn't really care less about a standalone GBP armor. Arcadia's gonna jack the pricing to scalper-highs anyway, so why still exclude the grey visor?

    You know what? I think it is healthy that there is M7 argument-shenanigans here. At least, there's some really core arguments about Macross stuff on both sides. It is relatively about 10x better than the monumentally eye-rolling stupid 'shipping wars that so-called Frontier-"fans" engaged in on several anime forums.

    Most of us here prolly have picked on Keith at one time or the other over M7. Mostly for fun. Keith's a good sport about it, tho. He even likes MII now! However, I reckon some other members just take it way too personally when one somehow makes an opinion dismissive of M7. ::shrugs:: (damn formatting)

    Fwiw, I would not use this Arcadia-stand on any of the VF-1. Waste too much spacing as it is too large for it This Arcadia-stand is the same as the old generic-black sv-51 stand, so it'll be fine on the big valks like the yf-19v1/yf-21/vf-22/sv-51/vf-0. Not much wasted space on these valks with it, afaik. Just need some proper adaptors. This Arcadia-stand also already has the useful compartments to store valk-accessories that the old black version didn't have. I don't have any of the VF-19, so I don't know how much space it'll waste on that particular line. Fo the VF-1, the old yamato mighty-blocks are perfect and they should re-release them. Or just add them to this new stand-package from Arcadia.

    uhmm, not sure if serious... The Arcadia-stand is clear. It's not quite as distracting and ugly as the Bandai's Frontier-stands. As such, hope they price it around under 3000yen. I'll need a couple for my VF-22s and my old Roy-0S. My old v1 yf-19 could possibly use one, too.
