  1. No updates. They haven't even bother painting the prototype at the latest hobby show they're displaying it: http://www.taghobby.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/R030.jpg
  2. This is just calling out to Mike... Warning! The rest of the pics on the link are definitely Not Safe For Workhttp://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?gcode=FIGURE-008218
  3. That's a very nice Yurisha! Hope MH colors her well.
  4. That blue on that 0D still sucks.
  5. yet-another-Rias and her pole... http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?gcode=FIGURE-008102 Actually not that bad. Does Griffon ever have an R-LINE of her?
  6. So after some simple panel-lining and gluing the missiles and tanks... Kodai's A1 looks a bit better now, I reckon. At least, to me. Not gonna bother with the rest of the water-slide decals and dunno if/when I'll even paint the pilot. I'll prolly try panel-wash technique on Rei's A2 when I get time.
  7. moar MP-20 Wheeljack video-reviews! Peaugh's review benzscairy's review RocketPunchArmy's review diecast's review enjoy!
  8. Current BDs received today. Awesome. Especially Arise-3...
  9. Yeah. I welcome these upcoming RGs. It will automatically be structurally better than the old HGs. It will also be better proportioned than the girly-waist Robot Damashii's. And cheaper, too.
  10. my remaining old enemy MGs... thinking about re-igniting my MG-hobby...
  11. Nice! Keep us posted with updates on that. I'm really wanting to get the 1/500 kit, too. Anyway, started on my current kits and did a quick build of the Kodai Cosmo Zero: 1/72 Cosmo Zero A1 Kodai edition (album) (Scaling with the old 1/72 YF-21 from Macross Plus anime) As such, I'm not that impressed with this 1/72 kit. Way too simple. Really needs to be painted and detailed/panel-lined, as the default colored plastic is too bland. The ordnances need to be glued to the ship for placements. Bandai is overpricing this kit at msrp. This kit should only cost US$15 max.
  12. from Charles/OptimusPrimeSG (not sure if he's a member here): enjoy!
  13. ohhhh Alleyne... http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?gcode=FIGURE-008072
  14. The 35-dx lens is pretty kewl on an FX: http://photographylife.com/using-nikon-dx-lenses-on-fx-cameras Not sure about the other dx-lenses, tho...

  16. oh, hello there... http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?gcode=FIGURE-007900
  17. The recent Yamato live-action movie was kinda decent. Lots of wasted potentials, tho, prolly coz the producers and sponsors really made it (and every other anime-to-live-action adaptations) way too safe and way too accessible to the general masses everywhere. I'm still a bit peeved that Yuki in this live-action version.
  18. Rumble. Coz it's cartoon. Only the delusional comics-fans think Rumble is a different color. Still looks way too meh to me. Still don't get the appeal.
  19. I will need to request antibiotictab to find out if the actual Yuki-v2 will have visible pantylines or not coz of this shenanigan... Megahouse's marketing-page: http://www.megahobby.jp/products/item/1434/ vs AmiBlo's pictorial: http://ameblo.jp/digitamin/entry-11919976176.html I mean, the vpl is a nice detail, but not really that kewl overall... -edit: attached the pics. for the sake of posterior posterity...
  20. Well, isnt' the MasterGrade RGM-79N still available to fill your Jegan-lust for the time being?
  21. Also, I don't subscribe that Japan likes brighter color toys more than anywhere else. We would've have seen a more flashy and brighter, say, Space Battleship Yamato and other toys if that's really even a factor to consider.
