Saw it earlier at TH and asked myself... What's even the point?

Kinda weird that with all these Macross stuff from Tamashi Nations, there ain't a peep about the... Chogokin Minmay doll. They made Chogokin Hello Kitty and Friends, Jibanyan/Robonyan, and even that creepy Chogokin Miku, but no Chogokin Minmay doll still. What's up with that, Bandai?

The clown-valk looks like a straight repaint of their VF-19Advanced. Complete with a non-curvy neck line. The VF2SS is promising and it'll include the SAP like their old kit model. Those gundams belong to another thread in the Anime or Science Forum.

The antennaes are fabulously not straight... Yeah, the seating is from the EVA figma line. They all have the same color-scheme regardless of the girl, iirc.

Well, they got those SD-ish Getters. Which are supposedly gokins and are actually pretty kewl stuff according to Chachi/RocketPunchArmy. You never know. They might just do official SD-ish Macross stuff instead of their exorbitant 1/60 line.

iirc, Bandai always had their 1/100 line competing head-to-head against Yamato's 1/60. Hi-Metal, VF/100, something else? Didn't quite work out for them, until Yamato got hit hard by the worldwide economy downturn a few years ago.

so, 1/100 instead of 1/60. roflmao! Reckon Bandai's just restarting their HM line, hence HM-R. They've always had the 1/100 license, didn't they? So what/which license is Arcadia losing again? Who started this shenanigan about Arcadia losing licenses, anyway?

At any rate, that blue valk VF-31 would look better in a more aggressive red coloring instead, imho.

I wish they just re-imagine and integrate Muv Luv into a Macross series. Meiya looks tons better than any of those characters from Delta.

uhh... Those characters are like some rejects from Love Live or whatever crap anime idol shows are currently being shown these days. Next thing we know, there'll be a an actual Ship-girls design getting integrated into the Macross series...
