    - Yes, its a civilian version of what I used/carried back during my military time. Weapons, my other vice, lol. I'll display them as soon as I figure out what the heck I'm doing. Im thinking go by designator A, D, J, S lol, and that's why the Valks and other toys are displayed in the "man cave", lol.

    Yes, from my experiences I've had multiple choices for shipping. So far I've gone with EMS since, for me, it's been my best option for price and delivery times. From their warehouse to my home in VA in 3-4 days.

    Hmm, some reason the pic of my SDF-1 wave version isn't posting... Might have to try later...more to come *Update* Ok, guess the firewall at work was preventing me from uploading... But here she is... My first DYRL SDF-1 1/5000... And all thanks to jvmacross As soon as I find a good place to display her, I'll add the pics to my gallery.

    Pedro2k6, I got it off Yahoo Japan, using "www.fromjapan.co.jp" as my proxy. The fees were reasonable and shipping was less than most of my manadrake orders. Duh!! I'm 75% complete but I'll do up some pics and point out difficulties that I've had with this model versus from the 1A or 1J

    If I was asked this question 30days ago I would have said that I don't bid but that was before I got my VF-1D no paint for $80 but now I'm hooked. I also follow the same technique as most of you. Add it to my wishlist then bid when its 1hr or less. If I lose it, in a couple day another one will show up. So I can try again. lol, yeah now I know to avoid those auctions just in case. Unless its a 1/3000 or 1/5000 SDF-1 or SDF-1 no-paint kit, lol.

    I'm in, Im pretty sure I've bid against other MW'ers on YJP and on ebay. Hell one time I was bidding against a member, lost, then the member sold the Valk to me, LOL. Jerk!! But that was before we came best buds (Jerk), lol.

    Thanks to sreichma I just received my second VF-0A. Now I can display my Zero's as a valk and one as a plane. Sweet!!!

    lol, I knew that as soon as i got my VF-1J they would be showing up on Mandarake. On heck of a deal, I paid more for just the Valk. Go figure, LOL. Ok, Why is it 250??? Is it really worth that much MIB?? To bad I'm not a serious collector, because as soon as I get my 1J, its coming out of its box, lol.

    The traditional colors for the 1D, but if I find another one. Im making that one the same color as Hikaru's 1J, lol.
