I personally put each of the acrylic base pivots through a table router. All of the acrylic base pivots I sent out should fit. Some have needed to be bonded to the base as they fit with too much slack. I am not sure what you mean by "heat from a clear polyester resin".

It is light, but it is huge. It barely fits on my expedit shelves with a missile launcher on each wing edge.

I am glad I finally pulled the trigger on an SV-51. I think I have lucked out. Seems to be tight, and I have had no issues with the wing joints so far. I might need to acquire the other two... This may be my favorite gerwalk mode too.

Nice. It has been awhile since I bought a transformer. I like the masterpiece stuff, but other than that I can't stand them anymore. They are pretty lazy, and no fun to transform. I have been trying to decide which third party to get to get me back into collecting TF. I've been looking at the 3p Devastator gestalts for a few years now. Maybe I can make a stand adapter...

You are the second one to say something about the 2x4's. I am not sure what could be wrong. The 2x4's I have work well. If you are having an issue with those not working, pm me. I'll send you another 4x4 for the cost of shipping. And nice pics! Good to see another RVF-25 ghost setup

Sorry about that. This all has to do with the way the acrylic was originally laser cut. To fix this, I took random samples of the base pivots and bases when I was determining how much to route off. Once it seemed like I had the right amount, I just pushed all of the base pivots through the router.
