I ordered at AMIAMI and it said back ordered, the same (US) day I got an email requesting payment and they have two prices 5970 for back ordered and 5370 for released, but since it wasn't back-ordered why did i still have to pay the extra, any one else have dealings with them like this? Will they refund ever?
What was total USD if purchased at amiami, or definitive lowest price from one of the Japanese outlets.. because i am about to pull the trigger on $190 amiami via ebay.

True, but i don't mean to sculpt it like the HMR versions, only to remove it, the entire nose cone on the old HM looks like it is a separate piece, might be glued together because it sure as heck isn't pulling off, could just be contour lines too.
