hey fugly, yeah, the legs ARE short, and i can explain why... I RAN OUT OF NOTEBOOK !!!! although the legs are really like that. The fighter mode will explain all.... AlphaHX, It's the VF 11's older brother that came back from MARINE boot camp

hey thanks! i don't have the gerwalk mode, (i can't find it ) looks like i'll just have to draw up a new one thanks for the feedback btw, yeah, it IS a little plain. i hadn't given it much attention at the time maybe 'cuz i was busy drawing other stuff in my notebook

BTW... i don't wanna do anything TOO radical with these heads, so i'm sticking with familiar lines the heads are gonna go on a VF 1 afterall, and anything 'advanced' just won't look right. ...you get the idea, right ?(points to VF 1R *COUGH COUGH*) and... the head really belongs to the body in the previous page in the end, i'm just doodling it's not like HG's gonna make an official variant out of it.... and it'll be a cold rainy day in hell before i let 'em

actually, it's more like a YF 19 head with the 1s faceplate thanks for the input, AlphaHX but to be honest, i like the forehead that way. afterall, i consider it an 'A' head... the 'S' is still in my head somewhere

...that last pic's kinda ...off isn't the legioss' gun supposed to be a beam cannon? or does it come as a triple barrel gattling gun for the green version? oh well... mysterious mystery

captain america, hi, I was wondering... what materials do you use for the 1st sculpt/prototype? I've always wanted to try making my own kits, but i don't know what materials to use & where to get 'em i'd appreciate any sort o' help PS: that's a real great job on the tachikoma

that spartan conversion's gonna be impossible although the groin armor may lead you to belive they 'forgot' to include the spartan in the conversion kit, the spartan is actually a completely different destroid. i had a model of the spartan, it's gone now but back then, i had the chance to have it stand side by side with the conversion kit... look at them carefully, start with the feet...

while we're on the ver 1.5's.... a buddy o' mine got the ka. wing zero, & it came with a flyer with what looks like covers of hobby japan? it has 3 pics, 2 of 'em are the ver ka. MG's, the RX-78 & the Wing 0 the 3rd pic looks like a ka. MG Ex-S & it had something like "ready for production" written on it. can anybody shed some light on this?

hey... so the tabs ARE separate pieces guess i spaced out while reading Graham's review anyway, i don't think it's too much of a problem, it's the arm pegs that have me worried now then again, it's no biggie, guess i'll just have to treat those parts with respect, just like the BP 8 ...and if anything "interesting" shows up, i got my toolbox ready now all i need is a monster...

here's a thought guys, what if the backwards tab IS a fix? the inconsistencies from toy to pics in the manual are in the vf 1's too. IMO if the tab was a separate piece, we could blame it on QC & just introduce it to a wrench. but it looks like it's a solid piece, that means they did it on purpose... just my 2 cents hell ! , i'm also still waiting on one.... this backwards tab thing is unsettling
