Bandai 1/72 fully transform able VF-1 plastic kit for Macross 30th Ann
Duymon replied to Vi-RS's topic in Model kits
Doesn't matter to me, I always have my valks packing 4 micro missile packs anyways -
Because Battroid sucks and you never used battroid in Macross 30 anyways. Seriously I already finished the game on ultimate I know

Gonna be a fun night shift for me I work at a Japanese telco in NY and we have a direct 10Gig link to Japan. Latency - free pre-ordering

I might just buy the tornado michael for the tornado parts, and then put them on my michael renewal using the instructions from GBM shop.
-
Lol, my boss just asked me to fill in night shift on pre-order day. How fortunate, I get to be up and on a computer during the .000001 second preorder madness.
-
I will just wait for NY round 2. Get two at around 200, one for armored and on for tornado if they ever release tornado

Honestly, who cares. It looks cool *runs away*

All Bandai VF-25's come with both Water and sticker decals. The only exception I know if is the clear VF-25, where the super metal detail decals are only decals and no stickers.

Bandai 1/72 fully transform able VF-1 plastic kit for Macross 30th Ann

It looks better than the Hasegawa VF-1 pilots from 10 years ago Great news on the strike packs from what I could read the blogger is making the fixes to them. Even if they are perfect Macross world will still find a way to biyatch and moan about this kit. It was funny we all dreamed of Bandai making a Perfect transformation VF-1 all these years and now they are making one people are hating -

I don't think there will be supply shortages of these kits. Don't feel the need to preorder as if it was a DX chogokin -

I'm going to steal the custom ones I made off my 25G and put them on my new Grey 25F
-
That's just the flash, I only touched the red parts of the Alto The 25A head is the same as the 25G head according to the master file. See attached scan I really like the look of the C and the E type

Detolfs are 42.3 kg, or 93 lb! when I bought 3 at once I thought I was a freaking weakling because I couldn't move them easily, but then I realized they weighed almost 100 lb and have a slim box made of slippery cardboard which has NO good gripping points. If I hadn't put my dolly in my trunk I would've been dead meat when I bought 3 at once from Ikea. when I got home I carried them in parts upstairs and put them into my man-cave / office. Assembly is really easy and after you built one the others come together like 10x faster. They look great for the price. Of course if you can afford better you can get some even more kickass curios like Kicker has

People will kill me for doing this, but I changed my spare 25F to have Grey Accents :0 Stil haven't done the shield yet. Super tiny line is a PITA to paint. I always used this paint scheme in the PSP games, would have done it in Macross 30 but nooooo... plaid valks apparently are in style

Bandai has gotten a lot better at doing space fighter kits. Just look at their Cosmo Zero Alpha from Yamato 2199. The thing has just one seam line between the top and bottom of the fuselage and the only thing that needs painting is the Canopy (but of course proper paint makes it look 10000x better) When I built mine I could not believe how perfectly the thing went together. Even the Machine-gun ports on the bottom of the fighter and the large cannon in front have proper grey coloring, and this is in 1/72.... the thing is tiny. If Bandai upscaled this to 1/48 I'd probably buy too many for my own good.
