Wow that's a surprise. Considering the price on the 1/100 VF-1's and the destroids from Wave I'm assuming this one will be pretty pricey too. Buuut.. first ever injection molded VF-4 model... sign me up

I think Male TV pilots would be on top of the list, followed by perhaps Fem TV and DYRL pilots.

Screw it I picked one up at AE. WIll swap in a regular clear canopy instead of the blue, Recast DYRL pilot and change the red to grey I blame having a ton of cash in my paypal balance after my recent sales

I think it's more of a safety net release to pad the numbers. HMR took some risks on the monster, glaug and regult so i figure they'll throw in a safety here or there

Standard Packaging with sticker. Look for the gold stickers on the right side. These clear ver are all what i bought.

The decals are BOSS. I bought like 5 kits for the decals, then gave away the clear kits to my nephews cuz hell if I'll build clear crap since it breaks so easily lol. Best part is they come with the stock decals as well I got only 1J's so that's why I have 1J decals on mine. Would prefer the 1A's though since the 1A's have low vis UN kites on their sheet.

Gotta disagree. The original hi metals were boss. It's just at the time bargain bin yammiesn flooded the market so there wasn't much interest and the line died. The vf-1's are 99% the same

Gonna skip out on the tv hikky. Already.got 2 from legacy line. Plus it was a pain to recast two tiny dyrl pilots without having to resort to slow cure resin and an electric toothbrush to vibrate my mold to get the bubbles out.

Macross Δ (Delta) - Mission 9 - READ 1st POST

To be honest the show is finally starting to be enjoyable to watch. They're finally starting to mix the music in better with the dogfighting and it feels much more macross-y. I think what I didn't like was how up until now some of the songs just felt out of place for what was happening on the screen, but that's changing now it seems. Yoko Kanno is a friggin hard act to follow. I hope whoever is doing Delta keeps it up. And yeah, those VF-31A's :0 -
I am going to stay away from that clear version like the plague. The Pro-modeler VF-25 and the Hasegawa Clear VF-1's taught me that I really really really hate clear plastic parts

The VF-1d fighter has always been Limited edition, but it has come back several times because I guess it's popular. It'd be nice if the Gerwalk also gets reissued as well.

I have enough super parts I'll just convert all four of my DYRL team to Strike-configs. With the 4 super parts fronts I'll just slap those on the M&M for a more canon green look.

Actually that green Tyrant 2000 has a tag, you can see a tiny bit of it to the left. It was also featured in the initial teaser photos a while back. I just really want the entire TV line including the helldiver, peacemaker, Hannibal, bulldog, saturn, AVS Econo 1/2, griffin, brocken and maybe if we're lucky labor X, Python and CLAT Ingrams I really love how the Ingrams are posed like they are on the Alphonse Special Pack, which was the Bomb back when I was in Grade School Some footage of the display

I use Flory's model wash for all my panel lining, followed by an acryl clear coat. Flory's is the bomb. It's clay based and flows super well. Simply brush it on, then after dry gently clean up the mess with a wet paper towel. Ever wondered what our Naked DXes would look like with missiles, like they do in Macross 30? I always wanted to do a mod since the VF-25 in canon doesn't have any internal missiles whatsoever. Luckily, I have an abundance of weapon parts and YF-25's so I gave it a shot. I figure you can use Kurisama's hardpoints for easier weapon swapping but I decided to just trim the pylons down, get a pin-vise and pin each set of missiles to the wing for a super secure connection.

OOOOOhhhh Ingram Unit 1,2,3 + Command Car. Judging by the panel on Unit 2's leg the pistol storage door opens. Phantom Tyrant This line better do well so that we can see the Helldiver, AV economies, Saturn, Peacemaker, Griffin.... maybe the Bulldog and hannibal too?
