Pay up front will definitely discourage scalpers though. It's 10x easier to get a no-cost PO and then get hte inflated funds to pay for it than it is to put up all the cash up front and then hope somebody buys ur inflated product. One is no-risk ez cash, the other is actual skin in the game.

Got a report back from my bud in Japan. His wife got a preorder for the 1A at Yamada Denki. The shop only was able to get an alottment of 3 in the middle of bufu Gunma. They got the last one....... His wife now knows how much all those DX chogokins cost. Press "F" for his marital bliss.

People should watch Anime Export and Bandaionline. Both are very reliable, but are pay-up-front shops. Both are 100x more reliable than nin-nin

Honestly I think Kakizaki will be easier. Luca's rvf-25 was so easy to get since the PO window was more like 45 seconds instead of 5.

My friend in Japan just struck out at all the online shops. He just asked his wife to goto their local Yamada Denki to preorder the item since he's at work. Up until now she never knew how much Macross DX stuff costs. He wants the 1A so bad he is willing to put his marriage on the line. I will never be so hard-core

I don't think the GM Cold district will have the GM-C parts. The shield is just a Gundam 2.0 Shield with a new front plate. BTW cold districts can still be preordered, though it's pay up-front for almost everywhere cept NY. Was snapping up the new V2 Assault / buster parts. It includes a bunch of parts that basically fixed the exploding arms and hips issues and makes the V2 actually fun. Kinda sucks though that the kit was only 40 bucks but the Assault parts and the wings together ran me about 70 after shipping..... Gonna have to pick either gold or yellow when I go airbrush it at home.

I haven't played in an actual arcade since the last millenia when we had local fighting game communities centered around Virtua Fighter and Tekken. I miss putting quarters / tokens on the screen glass to reserve my spot :/ Now, It would be AWESOME if they did like a TWE 1/48 Max / Milia VF-1 Arcade version that was just clear Blue/Red
