  1. I'll be happy with just the purple one to pose with my CF.
  2. I wonder, could those just be hanger bays designed to look like ARMDs to give it kind of a Macross feel. Since the original was built out of a hull copied from the Macross. Do all Megaroads look like that or are they each a little unique in each way?
  3. OR he can play ride-em-cowboy on the upcoming MONSTER!!! Now that would be cool.
  4. I don't know which one is the most popular one, but my favorite is the VF-14.
  5. Staying in 1/60 size... A generic Meltran figure DYRL Zentran armor Destroids TV Britai with pipe (I like that idea, I can have him beating the crap out of a Zaku or a GM) TV Kamujin sitting on a captain's chair looking all arrogant. DYRL Bodolza figure (or just his head in that jar). Just non-VF in general Generic anime chick figure in a UN duty uniform and one in some skin tight pilot's suit. Figure of Global sitting in his captain's chair smoking his pipe in a "thinking" pose. A kit of the Gloria, Heraclese, Stargazer, Macross, Macross 13, and Bodolza's DYRL flagship. That red destroid thing in VFX2 that you can used the Koenig Monster on. Oh and some of those Marduk Gilgamesh suits.
  6. Even modified, it still looks like the VF-X-4, which was already fair game for them to use (and already used in the new comic), as long as they didn't copy the actual VF-4 transformation. This is probably what the "battloid" mode in the new HG comic will look as soon as they fix the "transformation malfunction". The nacelles on the vf-14 were much longer, looking more like the ones on the SR-71, and the VF-14 had the triangular nose section, not a streamlined one. Looking at it from the back in battroid though it looks like the took the way the head on the VF-14 works.
  7. I've seen one of those in a anime shop in the LA Chinatown. It wasn't even in a box, it was in some army men style plastc bag and looked like absolute crap.
  8. That concept fighter really reminds me of the VF-14...
  9. OK that's just straight-up sick, you need to go get your f***ing head examined... Oh and... I hate hg...
  10. It's a Dreamcast game, do yourself a favor and stay the hell away from it...
  11. And here it is next to the GP01's Core Fighter, the cockpits appear to be the same size.
  12. I really didn't think about scales all that much until I got this 1/144 YF-23 kit. Either these kits aren't to scale or the GP01 is smaller than I thought or the YF-32 is bigger than I thought. Here it is next to my 1/144 Mirage and 1/144 GP01fb...

    Banprestos

A thick layer of Testors paint will solve most if not all problems with loose joints and popping-off armor.
  14. How come the Megaroad's bridge is attached to that "arch" instead of being directly attached to the ship like the Macross's bridge is?
  15. *looks over at roomate* Damn I wish I hadn't pulled a Hannibal Lecter on him, I kind of miss him now... But I was so hungry...
  16. A bunch of Protoculture scientists were really bored and looking for something to do when one of them said to another "$20 (or Stellar Republic equivalent) says you can't make those creatures like us."
  17. I've always thought the Master Cheif looked like the guy from Doom. Hell when I first saw the cover for Halo I thought it was a new Doom.
  18. Is the Haruna the ship in M3, that name doesn't really ring a bell?
  19. Yeah but what class ship is that? It's either a U.N. designed ship or a Meltran ship since it isn't green.
  20. Wonder if Leon or Ada are in this one, or even that Trent guy in the novels...
  21. On the topic of mystery ships what is that ship just below the Megaroad? Part of it is cut-off on the bottom.
  22. Ooohhh, nice... Where did you find that?
  23. That's just about the only way to watch the bulk of it...
  24. You seriously need to buddy...
  25. The forward view reminds me of the VF-2SS...
