Not only does amazon do that regularly, they also take those down regularly--especially when the actual item is announced. I think they even added the Star Wars movies on Blu-ray...a couple of years ago. I'm sure DYRL? will come out on BD eventually. Since this is Japan though, expect to pay a premium for it (and if the TV Series comes out, it will probably make that Regult by Yamato look cheap). DVDs and BDs are WAY too expensive over there.

Macross voice performers in non-Macross roles

Roy Focker's seiyuu voices Zim in the Starship Troopers OVA. Coincidentally, Kazutaka Miyatake designed the suits. -
1. I didn't have difficulty with mine. 2. No, they aren't, but it's not really bothersome. 3. On mine, the head joint is pretty secure. All you really have pull on it. No delicate finessing through the cockpit required. 4. My Alphonse isn't too bad. I don't have many issues with it flopping over. With mine, the feet are more wobbly than the waist, if that says anything. I think the biggest thing to worry about is where to put the thing on the shelf. The Ingram is so big and I currently have too many valks.

Indeed, it has been too long since an new AC game was released on a console. I'm not sure if two years equals a launch title though.

Yes, there is going to be a transfer cable for the new 360. I think they mentioned it was going to be around $10-$20. The worst part is if your 360 dies out of warranty, then your stuck paying for the repair. There's also the wait to get a repaired unit back. At least if your PS2 had the disc read error, it was a quick and easy fix you could do yourself. Not so with the 360. None of my other consoles have had this much trouble (excluding my Atari systems. Everything they made post 2600 sucks). Both my Wii and PS3 (60GB) haven't had any problems (knock on wood). My December '05 360 is strangely fine as well. My Elite, on the other hand, first had the bad optical drive malfunction a few months after I bought it at launch. Then it RRODed last summer. I did everything I could to make sure it stayed cool, ensured it got adequate ventilation, and I would dust it regularly. It should not just up and fail like that. For the price I payed for it, and the hassle involved, this is a big deal. I think it definitely said something about the failure rate of the 360 when they added a couple of years to the warranty specifically for the RROD. -
The only one I've played is Formula Front. Sadly, that was a couple of years ago and I can't remember if it's any good (I'll have to dig it out and play it if I can pry myself away from Peace Walker). They also ported some of the PS2 games to the PSP in Japan, but I don't know how much English they have. If you have a modded PSP you can always just load the PS1 games on it too.

I just hope the 3DS isn't too small for my hands. The screen wouldn't bother me nearly as much as the ergonomics. With my large hands, it makes PSP literally painful to play for any length of time. BTW, is the Power Glove making a return? http://www.joystiq.com/2010/06/19/the-xio-control-harness-arms-you-for-action/#continued

Actually, the GBA and SP launched for $90 and $100, respectively. There's still hope it could launch at a cheap price.

I still have yet to get a DS, but I can't wait for the 3DS. Does anyone know of a price or release date yet? I'm still shocked they referred to the Virtual Boy, when they mentioned Nintendo's first foray into 3D fifteen years ago. They made a mistake though because the Famicom did 3D before that. I just hope they release a Virtual Boy compilation for the 3DS.

He's only producing MGS: Rising and MGS: 3DS. He passed on the torch so he could work on other games, IIRC. In fact, he's also producing the new Castlevania. I'm sure a new ZOE won't be too far off.

I've thought of building one as well, but I don't really have the time, cash...or room. Please post some pics if you do build it. -

I just got a G940 a couple months ago and I highly recommend it. Very nice stick. If only I had a cockpit for it... -

No matter how bad this movie may or may not be, it's still going to be better the the last one. Mortal Kombat: Annihilation was awful. The fight scenes were at least decent in this short. If they maintain the supernatural elements from the game, it might not be too bad. Either way, I'm still keeping my expectations low.

The Sword of Omens is calling me...and it says there may be some promise here--well at least compared to many of the other 80's reboots.

Well it looks like the fourth gen iPhone got leaked...again: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ytech_gadg/ytech_gadg_tc2014 The latest version officially supports subtitles and I haven't had any problems myself. Are you sure everything was set up properly? I'd at least try as many free options as possible before shelling out a couple hundred dollars. -

What software are you using on your PC for streaming? You may want to try TVersity or something. That's what I use for my PS3 and there's very little I can't watch using that.
