Yea I agree this is looking better and better. One nitpick is that the lower legs seem to sit too low in fighter mode. The back of the legs (calves) should protrude past the backpack and wings instead of being kind of even like it is now. But that's probably just because its a prototype, im sure the production version will be better fitting.

Nah, after having watched Mac Frontier religiously I am a big fan of 25. I think its just the pose that they chose to use for it. I mean don't get me wrong I would definitely use the 25 in this game...a lot. I just feel like the battroid model of it that they have posted doesn't look quite as good as the others. Edit: After having compared the scans from the game with the CG from the MacF website, it looks like the proportions are all the same, so I guess it really is just the pose. Go figure

Yea the YF-21 Yamato fighter mode makes the YF-19 Yamato fighter look like...(Hacci from bleach?).. lol

The Roy 1S sans fastpacks is scheduled for a July release (Probably late July). Not sure about the 1A.

But but, I feel like I've been waiting for so long . It just seems like there should be no reason to delay since they're already showing off the finished product and letting ppl play with it etc. Anyway tho I have a dilemma. I find myself liking the VF-1A more than the 1S (this coming from someone who was never a fan of the 1A design) but I don't want to wait any longer than I have to my for my first real* valkyrie toy. Should I get the 1S or wait for the 1A? Or maybe just get both. I think I'm leaning towards the latter lol. *I have a MPC Max 1J but that doesn't count lol

The 19. Although from the pics I've seen I think I prefer the Yamato 21's fighter mode

I gotta say the VF-1 was and still is my all time favourite. I used to also really love the YF-19 design but I don't as much I used to. The VF-9 was also one of my favourites (got a thing for those forward swept wings) even though I never saw much of it (that's probably part of the reason). And I guess the VF-25 and VF-171 round out my top 5. For other mecha I really like the Variable Glaug and Konig Monster (don't consider this a VF).

It's up for preorder on the Overdrive site. Says it comes with Super & Strike parts. Don't know how reliable that info is though...

Just saw this pic, the nose looks pretty good from this angle I must say. Also that 1/60 VF-1S pic is of the resin prototype, those always look weird lol
