    That one shot with Bucky holding the shield and a handgun was pretty badass and a nice nod to the comics. Possible foreshadowing?

    This is great news, hopefully that means more Peggy And man I'm really excited for Avengers. It wasn't until watching Thor that I actually let myself consider how cool it would be to have all the heroes together. now after watching Cap I don't know if I can wait a year (well, 10 months). I may need to go in stasis for a while or something.

    Forgetting the illustrious Pixie Squad are we? There were other VF squads on the Quarter as well as far as I can remember. Is there a source with numbers of VF stationed on the Quarter/part of SMS?

    I'm really looking forward to a VF-19F. Much prefer the colours and head sculpt over the S. I hope they do the wings in the Master File style, where the tip of the wings isn't quite as stubby as the line art. Even in the anime itself they aren't that stubby

    So I went back and read the last few pages. Some of you guys had some hilarious comments. Especially regarding Bumblebee's "condition" and Optimus' persona. Well done I think the scene in this one captured the possibilities of a Macross movie even better for me. But it wasn't really a dogfight or anything. I actually don't remember the scene from the first one that well though. I think that is the general consensus. But I have heard one or two people who disagree. Yea, I agree that Rosie seemed a lot more classy (maybe it's the accent) and that's quite a feat with Bay shoving the camera up her skirt every five minutes

    I'm gonna sideskirt the spoiler arguements just to say that the Starscream shuttle interception scene had me dreaming about a Live Action Macross movie. That plus the fact that I recently got the second VF-1 Master File. *Sigh* Someday. Anyway, back on topic. I enjoyed this one a lot more than Revenge

    I'm kind of hoping those pics are phoyoshopped, so that the fighter mode ends up being closer to the lineart. I have no doubt in Bandai's ability to make an extremely accurate VF-25 tho

    Got my shipment of the first two volumes last week, along with the second VF-1 Master File and an issue of the Chronicle. Loving it so far. This has inspired me to resume my efforts at learning Japanese. Or at least enough to be able to translate using a dictionary. I used to think that talk of a reanimated SDF Macross was blasphemy, but now I'm not so sure. I also have to add that I think we need a new appreciation thread specifically for Minmay in The First. I mean, damn

    Yea, because it's not like Bandai had already made another version of that same Valkyrie. It's not like they had just released a new Valk that is identical in a lot of ways to the VF-25 and could serve as the basis for the new design. It's not like Yamato has to design the VF-17 completely from scratch based on a wildly inconsistent animation model as opposed to a CG model. Shame on Yamato.

    Wow. Bandai farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr surpassed my expectations with this one. I'm definitely getting one. At least. I'm also one of the ones that prefers the naked VF-25. Especially for Ozma's. That Skull logo is too badass to cover up with armor. I like the super parts tho, so I wouldn't mind getting one set of those. I also love the look of Alto's Armor pack, not the biggest fan of Ozma's. So I will probably get the VF-25F, VF-25G and VF-25S. Not the biggest fan of Luca or his valk.

    The 29 really is a weird design. The wings are so low in battroid lol. The toy definitely does it justice tho

    Quick question: Is there a way to store the turret in Battroid mode? I'm guessing you can store in the same place as it goes in fighter mode but would just like confirmation.
