I was just able to preordered Yellow from BBTS. That was a toy on my wanted list. Japanese retailers might have a cheaper price later but won't have $4 shipping so it will all balance out. See what I hassle free experience this is was all suppose to be.

I went to bed around 1:40am. Nature called at 4am and thought I should check stores again and nothing. I was among those here who said when this was first announced that I was on the fence about getting Max. I still am. If I was able to casually pick one up at the preorder 5% to 10% discount with a fair shipping cost I would have been okay. I'm not going to pay 200% the MSRP just for a preorder. What gets me mad isn't the fact I lost out of Max but how I may lose future preorders that I really want if this becomes the new trend.

Biggest flaw is no site will keep items in your cart. At least keep it people's carts from more than 1 minute.

Last preorder I made was for the Hi-metal VF-1D. I got my order in on the side of the road from inside my car in the dark with an outdated phone. Here I'm at home with a better computer, better internet and nothing.

I'm not sure. Never been a big fan of Max's VF-1A. If I can find it at on Amazon for the MSRP and enjoy cheap fast shipping maybe I'll get it. Really want to limit my collection on these things to just a single VF of every type. When it comes to VF-1A I prefer to have a brown massive production type over Max.

Now only waiting for the VF-1D to be released. They better announce the next preorder soon.

Paid Ami Ami and cashed in my points to reduce cost by almost 400 yen. Using SAL so it will get here in 3 to 4 weeks. If it was Amazon it would be 3 to 4 days.

Stupid bank. I preordered this from Amazon. Couple days ago during the early am hours my card was charged. The bank saw a foreign location and sent me a text. I approved it when I saw it in the morning. Guess that wasn't fast enough. Amazon Japan didn't send me a notice that repayment was needed. I just decided to login to Amazon a couple days later. Saw I had to resubmit payment. Same thing almost happened with my VF-1J.
