When we have to get tough it's not because of a choice (Okay maybe with me it is ). We get tough when we have to. Anyone can say I moderate over here or the moderators over there don't act like this. Yeah they don't but MW is different animal all together. I also see members here joking about the quality of the membership on other boards. If there wasn't such a tough moderating presence here you will all have reason to joke about this one as well. I was or still was known a the mean one. I haven't changed at all. Max I think has become more like me! He didn't act like this at first but I'm guessing he had to adjust for the needs of the board.

Gundam lame? Kawamori and friends thought Gundam was cool when they were in school. There was several things in Macross inspired by Gundam. 20% of Gundam is not half bad. The stuff that seems to driving the pre-teens crazy tends to be the lame stuff.

Ditto to what Azrael said. Also who here is called the mean mod anyways . ' Sorry' & and 'excuse me' are luxuries we don't always have time for (especially in time like this). I know people would like to see a reason why a topic of their's was closed but a lot of topics are being closed or moved and we have little time post anything but a something short and direct. When things are back to normal the other mods should be nice again.

A Reminder of one of the old regs Section: VIII State of Emergency There are a lot of rules but you will find that administration is pretty lenient. The administration is committed to keeping a well run and orderly forum. The goal is not to have the forums turn into a circus. They can be flexible with the rules. During a crisis such as the any announcement that would cause a temporary surge in posting the administration will may become strict. Don’t be surprised to see even topics even about Macross being deleted if there is too many up on the same subject. Get the idea? The Mods have escaped the mental ward and we can't find our pills. Until things are back together you may not like us mods. You will have to live with it for a bit. This topic will be deleted when things are under control.

Yes I deleted your other polls and moved this one. The 'Reviews' are for 'Reviews' not for starting as many polls as you can asking others to give their opinion. As you can see I'm allowing one these polls to stay but in a more proper forum. General notice to others reading this: If you need to see what a review is look at a magazine. They are typically a well written short essay about your opinion on something. They are not "Hey do you think blank is cool?" "Yeah I dig blank!" If you want to casually talk about a macross game, movie or toy do so in the usual place don't use the review section.

The Home Page forum was for Links to other Macross sites as well (It's old board heading). Your topic was mostly a 'link' topic. When you want to post a review. Post a review, you know a good long paragraph talking your opinion about 'blank'. A couple of sentence about your opinion is not a review and was about 10% of the content of the topic.

Assumimg that all the Mods are found by the end of the month. The review will include you too and we do are best to keep you informed of the 'verdict' Address all future inquires through PM.

Alot of people here are here for Macross only (including some of the mods) I don't think people would want search through OTs to find the Macross topics or would want to Mod OT stuff in other forums.

No offensive to anyone but the Administration and Moderators banned several people and a new board doesn't mean an automatic appeal from the big house. The Moderators were planning to review the 'list' at the end of the month. Any one who was banned that post before notice to return might risk their chance.

This is one thread that's going to be retired. Sorry but it's a bitch waiting for jumbo pics to load up and I don't want to encourage threads of just one big pic after another. ====================================== Edit: Okay I have more time to post on this. The orignal topic was a bit of a waste board space. The proper place to show your collections is on your own web site. There was little purpose for such a topic in the first place but we let people have fun with it. I'm not saying it will never return but it tended to be a big mess and right now I think we want to avoid things like that.
