    Jaw drops. WOW. Ok, elitist mode on. Not enough tie-down chains, should have probably at least a 6 to 10 chains, spread out from the nose gear & main mounts. annnnnnd the Towbar should be painted white and have some kinda of labeling (a Serial Number at least, usually 6-digits). Totally dig the flip down/flip up panelling to the engines & related hydraulics (got a very FA-18E/F vib). yeah... for anyone without actually flight deck experiance, you'd probably sh*t yourself at the awesomeness of that diorama. 9.8 outta 10.0, minimum!

    3rd. Its a gimmick to us to spend $ & and to dry hu... articulate in pelvis gesture, as much $ as they can from the Macross Frontier Property. In terms of company vs company, is Macross trying at least to keep up with the Gundam merchantdicing machine?

    most folks seem to agree on one thing that comes to bear upon Sci-Fi channels general change from science fiction story telling to... something else entirely. Or as i comment on another forum, they dont have a *&^%$# *&^%(*& clue what the &^%* good shows are anymore. regardless of production issues, its the still SiFy's fault they drive one TV after another into the dirt... /rant off.

    The model kits guys made it for $, Valhary. In the scant couple dozen of Vf-0 air frames, probably only 1 or 2 were made. if not for the canards on the engine intake nacelles of the VF-0D (stupid grebble to add to the design imho), then any of the airframes could be made into a Deltawing. The removal of the tailerons on the 0D is even dumber since, in real world terms as a example, the FA-18's tail is filled with fuel too. in a gas guzzler like the 0 series, id keep the tailerons (one less thing to have to remove during any mod between swing-wing & deltawing)... of course im just talking out of my a$$hat. :/

    so what the verdict? Will the current holders of the Macross poperty EVER go back to bring thier merchandice to the US? Do they or have they offered any offcial or unoffical distain to Harmony Gold? *Jaw drops* They are offering the revoltech macross products... on RT.com? i guess they made consessions in the terms of merchandicing at least. that's surprising... looked at the info section for Macross. Noticed that they use the original desinations, ie defender, Tomahawk instead of the PB names. of course, the term Veritech is used. After looking at RT.com for more than 10 min... i feel soiled. i'm gonna go watch some pr0n on youpr0n now...

    Talos, are you certain of the size of the VF-0D's head camera module? not only does it seem huge compared to the VF-0A, but it's size also makes its beam barrel directly in line with the line-of-fire from the GU-9 gunpod. I thought the 0D's camera was basically a variant of the 0A's?

    so WTF does this thread mean? i get the confusing vibe that either it's supposed to be a real ride (like a F-16 sim or something simular you might see at an actual airshow) or its just uber fluff for a model kit bash to the extreme. 'plaination for the confused halfling, please? o.O

If ever the bones goes green, you could have at least put em on the correct carrier & airwing [AG/CVW-7] wow. i actually thought of my boat in complimentary terms. Clearly retirement has effected my judgement still seabee5051, it looks gorgious as a model, regardless of the decals... lol 'Get er done'

    The VF-11 Thunderbolt. it's the first VF to incorperate the forearm shield (used for various reasons) even the YF-21/22 & uses something like it (the taileron's serving as half-shields in effect)...

    It wasn't rape ladies. It was Assault. Rape inplies unwanted sexual acts, that involve SEX. Macross + was mecha, not hentai... He beat the sh*t outta Isamu and started raging on Myune. Could it have ended as Assault & Rape? Only if that mirror wasn't there, right behind Myune... i think we should put this question to bed, ladies. Doesn't matter in the scope of things, only will matter i get god powers and decree that Macross will be made into Live-Action, with 5 seasons, one season for each series, hour long episodes so that stories that were rushed or vague can be fleshed out (in the case of M+ and Zer0, a lot of fleshing & imbelishment)...

    ZentI agree, he just went batshit... and later felt so much shame that he misremembered the event, to the point of making Isamu the fall guy... Guld is 1st generation zent, a people still greatly getting a gripe on Deculture, thier natural inclenation to violence first before rational thought. He punchs Isamu, he grabs at Myune's shirt, tearing it dramatically for the camera, before looking in the mirror and seeing the monster that he is or could be. Isamu & Myune, BY NOT REPORTING THIS ASSAULT, uphold their love and friendship (because, you gotta admit, Isamu is a total apeface at times) for Guld. Both of them know, first hand, how hard it is for Guld (which is why Guld almost snears when he's talking to Isamu during the gliding scene, because he feels contempt for people feeling sorry for him BECAUSE of his genetics)....

    in the previous TV series that's been out to even discuss the Protocultures, have they even mentioned the Supervision Army or the Inspection Forces? this subject is like Lucusfilms junk: they made it up as they went along... in some cases, discarding somethings... did the SA & IF go away as well as to simply be replaced with the Zentradi/Meltrani serving the Protocultures, per DYRL (they can't be one & the same since the concept predates DYRL)... when they made up the SA & IF, what was their real-world insperation at that time (1980-81?) The US & USSR, perhaps?

    So.... Macross the 1st, is Retcon of the Macross property (and another attempt to make Macross theirs alone from the old school material in possesion of Disharmony Mold)... Now i like that Retcon VF-1j head unit (hells & handbaskets, id rather they retcon the VF-0 line art AS the VF-1 as well). But instead of a manga, i want a retcon'd anime of macross SDF... from Episode 1 to 36. maybe less, to avoid even more legal BS from HG...

    Hmm... Ok, i'd see it... BUT BUT... will it be ONLY in japan? the only reason i can think of not being in the US for example is if the movie has very 'WWII-we-should-won' political stance... that seems to be a big something that the japanesse are into (i hope not) the brief 1 second of AA fire from the midship battery. that gave me a mechachubby is that only teaser out? with 6 months left surely there should be another, right? (or do they do that many in Japan compared to state side theather ops?) o.O

    So i'll assume that the VC-19 is a basically a moke airframe without transformation in the main body and cockpit fuselage, outside of the engine nacelles... maybe Gerwalk if the arms are included... well i guess it's an example of if you have money & stupid... LOL what exactly does the recon pod do? Elint? ECM? Photorecon? when they did that conjectur, what real world aircraft or system was thier insperation?
