For all I know, some Korean or Chinese sod is making molds for Yuki, Ginga's CO or the new staffer chick, all clad in levels of female bondage...) *shudders* Are all the yuki 'toys' considered "echi" in Japan (at least the ones that involve some layers of nudity)?

    There is one possible outcome we could look forward to, in the future: Since the original trilogy was updated with CGI in the 90's (to fund the Prequals, as I recall), one could hope the future PTB do the same?

    That's what someone on FB mentions this evening. it does makes more sense (initially I though this scene was one of the Marines). Now begs the question? Was he wearing his exposure suit already? If so, that makes me wonder if something in the region around the Galantis Mega Blooming Onion requires personnel to wear suits? I kinda doubt this since Capt. K isn't wearing a suit when he issues his commands to have Yamato rise at the end of this video... but what do I know?

    I think people were salty towards STB because of the Axanar lawsuit more than anything else, mate. As for Eps 9? I dunno… for the first time in my adult life, I actually might pass on viewing it at the Theater just out of reasonably, justifiable, concern that The Mouse will drive the IP deeply into the dirt....

I still think that official comment about not wanting to revisit SDFM is because of Harmony Gold's hold on the Macross SDFM IP (otherwise why did he do Zero, which did a terrific job in reconning many back story elements of SDFM?)… The Great Floating Head has never been viewed by anyone as stupid. There was a policy* reason behind his official declines of doing anything to continue the SDFM storyline specifically... *Policy or maybe Pride?

    On the Spectrum is a generic term because current modern definitions of Autism (or levels, types, degrees) can be pretty vague. But it's also, sometimes, a better term to use than Autistic *shrug* anyway, back to Pandora Power Rangers...

    Just to be clear, I wasn't intending to be insulting to anyone with Autism (my youngest is OTS, for the record). With that said, because I'm relatively new to the concept of tropes (for any form of media), is Leon depicted as a high functioning Autism adult in this series (or is some other specific trope descriptor applicable)? I'm serious because at the very first part of meeting Leon, where as other people might call him a absent-minded scientist, I clearly saw something else in the person. Mind you, this was the English dub version. The original Japanese VA may have had completely different angle when he did his work...
