  2. I would particularly like to see the use of more magnets for the securing of parts in different modes, like the Garlands. I would love to see a re-release of the VB-6 with the stupid leg locks replaced with magnets to hold the legs in place. I'm always impressed with the Garland when I play around with it, I think using magnets to hold parts together in the different modes is a really good way to do it without using tabs that can break or just don't hold properly. The best place for using them? Holding the arms to the legs, holding the backpacks to the legs, extra security for the gunpods, etc. etc. Vostok 7
  3. HOARY GEEZ, I MUST HAVE THAT SV-51 IN RUSSIAN SKY CAMO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111111111111111!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111111111 TELL ME HOW?!?!?! Vostok 7
  4. Yeah, a Brocken is another one I want. My HellDiver is a little wobbly at some of the joints but it's not enough to really be a problem. Overall I really like them. I hope they do some more of the military labors like the AL-97s and others like the Road Runner. That would be cool. Vostok 7
  5. I like VF-25 Fenrir. I've always been partial to Valhalla since my MiG-45 project. Fits with the Norse theme, but in the case of my MiG-45 it was supposed to also be a NATO reporting name (F-names for Fighters (Flanker, Fulcrum, Frogfoot), B-names for Bombers (Blackjack, Backfire, Bear), V-names for Variable Fighters, etc. etc.). So that's a suggestion. Vostok 7
  6. I think it's cool. Give me all the fighter modes, please! The good: They're using ABS for the wings and other parts. FINALLY! Gashapon disease SUCKS. Vostok 7
  7. That means somewhere, someone's childhood was raped. Vostok 7
  8. Got my Revys. Very impressive. My Helldiver had some kind of clear stuff hardened around the magazine on the arm machine gun that was kind of disappointing, but it came with hands to hold the Ingram's riot cannon and handgun so that still makes me a happy camper Real easy to come up with cool poses too. 9. LEGO really messed up not hiring him to design the Exo Force sets, which are now being cancelled. Vostok 7
  10. Geez, has it been that long ago? Vostok 7
  11. Did someone mention the Hoary Froating Head? Vostok 7
  12. Indeed! Vostok 7
  13. Just picked up a AV-98 Ingram 1 Movie Version and a Helldiver. Can't wait until they get here so I can see what all this Revoltech fuss is about. Vostok 7
  14. I concur! Less words, more pictures! Vostok 7
  15. Ahhh, it's nice to see that BoB is still in top form. All hail Turn A Kawamori! I don't have a problem with Bandai handling Macross. It'll be interesting to see how they do it. As long as Yamato can continue making the Crackross toys we've all come to know, love and horde, I see no problems. Vostok 7
  16. Haha I had one of those kits AGGGEEESSSS ago. I bought it at a antique store or something, it was totally unbuilt. I think it was a Max but it might have been a CF -1A like the one you posted. It was what brought me to MacrossWorld so many years and forum revisions ago, IIRC my first posts here were about it. Once I was here I found the 1/72 Yammie Mac+ valks that were coming and HAD TO HAVE THEM. I think I sold my kit to a member on here in fact. Geez, that had to be 2000-2001 at the latest. Vostok 7
  17. Thanks! Life has made it difficult to keep up with my old hobbies but I've still been collecting when I get a chance, mostly Gundam stuff lately. I loooooove the new HCM Pro's. The new YF-21 and the cannon fodder SV-51, plus the scent of Destroids might bring me back to Macross though Vostok 7
  18. OH YES!! Finally something better than those ancient barely posable Exo Squad versions. My Battletech dreams are coming true! Now let's hope they make the Spartan/Gladiator/Archer and the Defender/Radar X/Rifleman. Not so keen on the Phalanx myself. Vostok 7
  19. My Garland broke ages ago. I haven't touched it since. Is Yamato good about replacement parts even if it's not a "known" breaking part (like the shoulders?) Vostok 7
  20. I just got this last night (actually, the wife LET me get it lol) and I was up until 2:30am playing it (that hasn't happened in awhile). Anyway, I'm impressed. Great mech game. Like Armored Core but alot less complicated. Looking forward to playing online. Vostok 7
  21. I have one of the Kotobukiya Mahoro-san & Sportbike PVC models and I'm trying to sell it but I have no idea what it's worth. It's like they've completely vanished from the face of the earth. None on ebay or anything. What would it be worth? I think I paid $150 for it a couple years ago from HLJ. Vostok 7
  22. Just got my Garland today. I love it! I'm VERY impressed with this thing and Yamato really thought out the transformation. Using magnets is ingenious! The only problem I had is during transformation one of the "clips" that hold the front cowling to the head/gastank area popped off and I can't find it. I'm sure it'll turn up. Fortunately, it's only important during transformation and in manuver craft mode. I really like how parts of it can intentionally come off to ease transformation and limit breakage, like on the VF-0S. Hasbro has been using this for a long time, it's great Yamato is getting a clue. I'm super impressed with Yamato's latest offerings. The VF-0S was masterful and the new Garland is amazing. Let's hope they make more Garlands! Vostok 7
  23. Here's what I would buy if they made 'em: SV-51 More VF-0 variants (the current VF-0S is EXCELLENT) VF-5000 VF-3000 VF-3000 Bomber A better, accurate VF-11 (especially some in real-world color schemes) An accurate VF-22/YF-21 (the FAST Pack YF-21 was close) An accurate YF-19 that ISN'T vaporware VF-1D in 1/48 That's off the top of my head. I know there are more I would want. Vostok 7
  24. Hows it been man? Still playing FFIX? Are people still around in that game? Vostok 7
