  1. Finally got to watch this tonight and this is what I have to say: The cinematography is undeniably the best since Skyfall, with the single-camera opening gambit being the icing on the cake. The set locations are absolutely breathtaking. Thomas Newman once again hits a home run with an excellent musical score. And now for the serious parts... That being said, Kingsman: The Secret Service ends up being a better spy film, but SPECTRE is still an enjoyable James Bond 007 film - moreso than Quantum of Solace and Pierce Brosnan's last two Bond films. As for how it stacks up, here's my current ranking: 1. Goldfinger (1964) 2. Casino Royale (2006) 3. Skyfall (2012) 4. From Russia with Love (1963) 5. Dr. No (1962) 6. GoldenEye (1995) 7. The Spy who Loved Me (1977) 8. For Your Eyes Only (1981) 9. On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969) 10. Thunderball (1965) 11. Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) 12. You Only Live Twice (1967) 13. Diamonds Are Forever (1971) 14. Live and Let Die (1973) 15. SPECTRE (2015) 16. Octopussy (1983) 17. The Living Daylights (1987) 18. Licence to Kill (1989) 19. Quantum of Solace (2008) 20. The Man with the Golden Gun (1974) 21. Moonraker (1979) 22. A View to a Kill (1985) 23. Die Another Day (2002) 24. The World Is Not Enough (1999)
  2. I wonder how many Gunpla kits were needed to get all those runners.
  3. There might be grooves around the eyes you can draw over with a black or brown Gundam Marker. Otherwise, the parts separation is impressive, save for the pink stickers. Bandai did a good job making the kit as easy for beginners as possible, especially since it's the first MS Girl Gunpla.
  4. Bandai released teaser pics of new HGIBO kits for 2016. "MS A" is yet another Graze variant. "MS B" is either a new Gundam-Frame suit or an armored variant of the Barbatos. Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans: New High Grade Model Kits Teasers
  5. As over the top as that was, it's more believable than the Atlas Gundam launching from the ground and slicing a Komusai attempting atmospheric re-entry.
  6. I wonder if they're gonna replicate this scene from the manga...
  7. Wow... a simultaneous release in Japan. That's extremely rare for any Hollywood film. My guess is that it will be available with Japanese subtitles only, with the Japanese dub coming in a couple of months later.
