Which Street Fighter Character are you?
areaseven replied to Gaijin's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Guess I'm with Vostok 7 and Max Jenius on this: Never really played the guy, though. -
I sure miss the old King Arthur anime series by Toei.

She's one of the producers of anime dubbed by Bang Zoom! Entertainment. She's also done a few voices herself - Mokona in Magic Knight Rayearth and Utsume in Ai Yori Aoshi.

Yeah, I figured that. Now when are they gonna get rid of Mio, now that she's served her purpose?

SPOILER ALERT!!! Do not read further unless you've reached episode 10. Episode 8: Rainbow Vision 「レインボー・ビジョン」 A rather touching episode focusing on Jasmine-chan's past. And there's apparently more sentai action here than in the past episodes. Episode 9: Stakeout Trouble 「ステイクアウト・トラブル」 A ruthless criminal named Shake has escaped from an intergalactic prison and arrives on Earth. The Dekarangers do a stakeout on Shake's ex-girlfriend Maira. Unfortunately, Ban falls in love with Maira, further complicating the situation. Ban blows his cover and transforms into Deka Red to save Maira from an explosion, but ends up with a slap on the face. Episode 10: Trust Me 「トラスト・ミー」 Ban tries to make amends for the stakeout gone wrong, but is pulled out of the assignment. Despite all this, he has a showdown with Shake. In the end, Shake is eliminated and Earth is safe once again. Oh, and Ban gets dumped in the process. Next time on Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger Episode 11: Pride Sniper 「プライド・スナイパー」 - Houji's old friend shows up, but something's not right about his arrival.

SPOILER ALERT!!! Do not read further unless you've reached episode 37. Act.35 After seeing her faint in the middle of the road, Mamoru brings Mio to the hospital, unaware that she's the "eyes and ears" of Queen Beryl. Meanwhile, Sailor Venus and Zoicite make a deal to keep Usagi-chan and Mamoru away from each other. Zoicite gives Minako-chan a musical box with a spell cast on it. Just when she plays the box to dissolve Usagi-chan's memories of Mamoru, something wrong occurs. Using Mio, Queen Beryl abducts Mamoru. Kunzite once again has a falling out with Queen Beryl and Jadeite. Minako-chan has second thoughts about erasing Usagi-chan's memories and breaks the music box. Mamoru breaks away from Queen Beryl's spell after being cut by Kunzite. And before you know it, Sailor Moon and Prince Endymion fight together again. Sailor Venus runs in to aid our two heroes. Then, without warning, the sky turns dark. Queen Beryl teleports Kunzite and Jadeite back to the Dark Kingdom. As her way of apologizing, Sailor Venus gives Sailor Moon two tickets to Minako-chan's concert. It's hard to believe that it took 30+episodes for Usagi-chan to figure out that Minako-chan is Sailor Venus. As Usagi-chan and Mamoru arrive at the concert, Minako-chan passes out during her performance. Act.36 Minako-chan has been hospitalized once again. Meanwhile, at the Dark Kingdom, Kunzite and Zoicite are being punished for interfering with Queen Beryl's plans. Rei-chan visits Minako-chan at the hospital, where she finds out that Minako may have only three months to live. Mamoru once again confronts Mio, who leads him to the riverbank to meet Queen Beryl. As the Sailor Senshi rush to the scene, Beryl unleashes the Shitennou only to have them attempt suicide if Mamoru does not join her. And finally we get to see some big explosions in this series. Nephrite, Jadeite, Zoicite and Kunzite zap the Sailor Senshi, leaving Sailor Moon standing alone. In a life or death decision, Mamoru approaches Beryl. But before she whisks him away, Sailor Moon's powers once again awaken. Her costume changes and she becomes Princess Sailor Moon. Neither the Shitennou's powers, nor those of Beryl's have any effect on her as she walks forward, holding a big dagger. Desperate to gain Mamoru's loyalty, Beryl has Nephrite commiting suicide. Mamoru approaches Princess Sailor Moon and embraces her, urging her to return to normal. He then decides to join the Dark Kingdom, promising Usagi-chan that he'll return. Act.37 Nothing much happens here except that Nephrite is resurrected and once again, we see another annoying Sailor Luna transformation sequence. And Princess Sailor Moon makes a shocking revelation: she was responsible for the destruction of both kingdoms of Earth and the moon. Next time on Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Well, I can't figure it out until the next episode is released.

On day 1 of AX2004, I stumbled upon a string duo that called themselves Ramen & Rice. They did violin and cello renditions of popular anime and game themes. Before they packed their bags, they did "H.T." (Trigun OP theme). I was hoping to see them perform again, but they were nowhere to be found.

Stuff I forgot to mention: - During the Tomokazu Seki panel, Seki-san mentioned that his favorite anime was Getter Robo and his favorite seiyuu was Akira Kamiya (Fokker in Macross and Macross Zero). - At the request of some fangirls, Seki-san did his Chichiri voice (from Fushigi Yuugi) behind the mic. - During the MIQ concert, she explained that "Time to Come" (from the Super Robot Wars series) had a rather uneasy line on the chorus. Even though she didn't know much English, she found the line very odd and hoped the fans wouldn't be confused by it. Or something like that. "(Just) Trust What You Believe In To Go!" Here's a list of songs MIQ performed at her mini-concert: 1. "Hey You" (Sentou Mecha Xabungle) 2. "Dunbine Tobu" (Aura Battler Dunbine) 3. "Mieru Darou Byston Well" (Aura Battler Dunbine) 4. "Time to Come" (Super Robot Wars) 5. "Kanashimi no Destiny" (Area 88) 6. "Lion Reine (Hyper Version)" (Yuusha-Oh GaoGaiGar FINAL) 7. "Time for L-Gaim" (Heavy Metal L-Gaim) 8. "Men of Destiny" (Mobile Suit Gundam 0083)
