Well, I watched Team America: World Police twice over the weekend (and for free, as I also work at AMC Theatres in Woodland Hills). It's funny how very few people mentioned that the 1982 flop Megaforce was a huge influence to this film (Trey and Matt claimed it was their all-time favorite movie on an intro of one of the South Park videos). Without a doubt, this movie is more offensive than South Park, even though Kim Jong-Il is not as evil as Saddam. I'm just pissed over the fact that the soundtrack won't be available in stores until next month (otherwise, it's available online tomorrow). Gary: "A flying limousine. Now, I've seen everything." Spottswoode: "But have you seen a man eat his own head?" Gary: "No." Spottswoode: "Then you haven't seen everything!"

Just came back from the Sneak Preview, and the movie was hilarious. But the Puppet sex scene was there, and it was pretty graphic. When I said "trimmed out", I meant the scene was shortened, not deleted. The puppet sex scene on the final cut is less than 40 seconds long.

Hopefully, it will be better than NAMCO's snoozefest SRS: Street Racing Syndicate.
