Nah. How about a mandatory Jimmy Smits cameo so he gets blown up again?

This past Thursday on SmackDown!: - JBL and Orlando Jordan destroyed Cena's U.S. title. For once, they actually did a good thing. - Theodore R. Long ordered Carlito Caribbean Cool to find the Undertaker and ask him if he accepts Orton's challenge. UT accepted and, as usual, destroyed Carlito. As far as WrestleMania goes, the only exciting match I see is the six-man ladder match. Batista will beat HHH, and Cena will beat JBL, but who cares? And will UT actually risk his undefeated WM streak and put Orton over?

My bad. I remember the last time you showed me that car. You didn't have the spoiler and CF hood yet. The rims were stock, but you stiffened the suspension.

Damn, Max. Barely two years since you got that 240SX. Hope you'll be able to get that front end replaced by the end of the year.

It's time for a special Macross installment of: Macross Dynamite 7 ( マクロス ダイナマイト7 ) Big West/Bandai Visual, 1997-1998 Not Available in the U.S. Directed by Tetsuro Amino (Macross 7, Iria: Zeiram the Animation) Running Time: 29 minutes per episode Not Rated (Suggested 16-Up). Contains violence, slight nudity and suggestive HLA with a minor. One year after the war between the Macross 7 fleet and the Protodeviln ended, Basara leaves Fire Bomber and travels to the planet Zola. There, he meets a girl named Elma, who is a big fan of Fire Bomber. It is also on this planet where he must once again use his Spiritia powers; this time, to stop an army of poachers and Elma's father Graham from killing a group of space whales travelling within the planetary system. Story: F It took a while for most Macross fans to accept Macross 7 as a sequel series. But in the end, the series gained a larger fan following than expected, and it ran for an unprecedented 49 episodes (13 more than the original series) plus a three-episode "encore" OAV. And, as predicted, such a huge following was followed by a sequel. And unfortunately, like a galactic whale, it blows a big one. Macross Dynamite 7 suffers from an overly shallow plot, but that doesn't stop there. The OAV resorts to fan service; just the wrong kind. In episode 2, Mylene is drugged by her female manager and is about to be raped. What was the whole point of that? Even worse is that we have more pointless fan service with Elma (who also happens to be underage) taking Basara for a bath (I'm not gonna explain any further, because the end of this scene is beyond tasteless). The OAV's ending will just leave fans asking WTF that was all about. In short, Dynamite 7 is just a poor excuse to lure Macross 7 fans into coughing up more money. Animation: A With character designer Haruhiko Mikimoto (Macross, Gunbuster) and mecha designer Shoji Kawamori (Macross Plus, Escaflowne) reprising their stints on the TV series, Dynamite 7 boasts better artwork and animation quality than even the theatrical short Macross 7: The Galaxy Is Calling Me! GONZO Studios (Yukikaze, Last Exile) made their presence known by providing an exciting opening animation sequence, featuring various CG renderings of the Fire Valkyrie. Soundtrack: B+ "Dynamite, Dynamite, Dynamite Explosion once again! Dynamite, Dynamite, Dynamite Explosion once again!" Once again, Basara urges you to listen to his song. Much like the TV series, Dynamite 7 does not have a musical score (other than recycled BGM from Macross Plus); it relies on new Fire Bomber songs like the opening theme "Dynamite Explosion," the ending theme "Parade," and the mellow ballad "Angel Voice." If you hated Fire Bomber's music in the TV series, skip this OAV. Cast Reprising their roles are Nobutoshi Hayashi (Guts in Berserk, Ban in GetBackers) as Basara, Tomo Sakurai (Saint Tail, Shayla-Shayla in El-Hazard) as Mylene, Takehito Koyasu (Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Il Palazzo in Excel Saga) as Gamlin, and Masashi Sugawara (Burning in Mobile Suit Gundam 0083, Kaoru in Yawara! A Fashionable Judo Girl) as Ray. Joining the cast are Aya Sakaguchi (Tanya in Battle Athletes, Ura in El-Hazard) as Elma, Maya Okamoto (Lamba in Dangaioh, Emma in Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam) as Liza, and Jouji Nakata (Alucard in Hellsing, Jack in Yukikaze) as Graham. The Bottom Line What a perfect way to kill the Macross 7 franchise. Reference Anime News Network

Yeah, I saw the Spyker C8 at this year's L.A. Auto Show (a pic of it is within the first three pages of this thread). It looks nice inside and out, but the "exposed" transmission is something to get used to.

Sweet ride, Phyrox. I've seen one exactly like yours go for as much as $75 grand at the Barrett-Jackson Auction.

Have you guys forgotten that this is the Automotive Thread, NOT the racist thread? I started this thread so we can simply talk about cars, and you a-holes decide to phuck it all up with this racial sh!t. Now get back on topic before I have to ask someone to lock this thread!

He was the voice of Lance Vance in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. We talk about Don Johnson being typecast, poor PMT suffered the brunt of it. Both Don Johnson and PMT released music albums during their stint in MV, but while PMT's music career flopped, Don's went moderately high throughout the mid-'80s. He even went on to sing a duet with Barbra Streisand. PMT used MV to launch his own clothing line, which was successful for a while. Then he went bankrupt in the '90s, with his house foreclosed by the bank in '98. Apparently, one reason why PMT didn't do much for a long time was because he was too busy promoting a psychic phone service.

Well, I finally realized that some episodes were so cheesy, they weren't funny anymore. Here's an example: Episode 3: "Thief of Budapest" - Half of this episode isn't even MacGyver; it's the Mini Cooper chase scene from The Italian Job. On the bright side, it did have some great actors and actresses as guests (not as prominent as Miami Vice, but still, many of them are more famous than they were 20 years ago): Joan Chen Tia Carrere George Takei Teri Hatcher Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa Robin Curtis (Saavik in Star Trek III-IV) James Hong (David Lo Pan in Big Trouble in Little China) Ernie Reyes, Jr. G. Gordon Liddy Cuba Gooding, Jr. Traci Lords Even veteran anime voice actor Beau Billingslea (Jet Black in Cowboy Bebop, Millard in Macross Plus) made a guest appearance on the show.

This past Monday on RAW: - Last week, Y2J proposed a ladder match for WrestleMania. This week, Bischoff approved that proposal and made it a six-man ladder match. On the line: a briefcase with a contract guaranteeing the winner a shot at the World title, whether it's the day after WM or next year's WM. The participants are Y2J, Benoit, Shelton Benjamin, Edge, Christian and Kane. - In an attempt to make an bigger impact, RKO challenged the Undertaker for a match at WM. And now the WM commercials are just not funny anymore. The latest one features the Undertaker playing the role of Dirty Harry.

Yeah, I'm really not seeing Colin Farrell playing Crockett. On the bright side, at least they didn't cast Paul Walker.

I couldn't help but laugh when I saw this scene from the pilot episode. To many people, it's just a random scene. But since I played several hours of GTA Vice City last week...

Yamato Escaflowne or Hasbro MPC Optimus Prime?
areaseven replied to shiyao's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
I'm with everyone else here. The Escaflowne toy is junk. At least it's still better than an MPC Veritech. MPC Prime all the way. -
Wow, that's an oddity right there. Did he commit the crimes before or after appearing on the show? If it was before the show, the producers must've had really big balls to cast him.
