Yeah, the animation quality is probably the worst among all animated Batman releases over the past two decades. Let's just hope the rest of the film is better. As for other animated Batman stories, I still have a soft spot for Mask of the Phantasm, especially since I saw it in theaters. Under the Red Hood is also very good, except for one flaw: it doesn't have Kevin Conroy.

Captain America: Civil War, on Bluray Sept 13, 2016
areaseven replied to azrael's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
This is the Avengers sequel we should've gotten instead of Age of Ultron. Captain America: Civil War is yet another example by the Russo Brothers on how to properly do a superhero film. The storyline is completely engaging from beginning to end. Everyone from both sides of the Avengers plays a vital role and not just Cap and Iron Man. Perhaps the one that really stands out is Black Panther. Now we all know how badass Wakandan Arts can get. As for Spider-Man, this is, without a doubt, the best live-action incarnation ever. And for once, he has a New York accent - don't know if it's supposed to be a Queens accent, but we can now truly identify him as a New Yorker. Captain America: "You've got heart, kid. Where are you from?" Spider-Man: "Queens." Captain America: "Brooklyn." As with every other Marvel film, the film's weakness is the villain; this time, he's almost non-existent. There is so much focused on the conflict between Cap and Iron Man's factions that the "villain" is almost unnecessary in the storyline. In short, Captain America: Civil War is the new benchmark for superhero films this year. Will X-Men: Apocalypse or Doctor Strange be as good? And will DC rebound from their losses from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice with Suicide Squad? Only time will tell. In the meantime, here's how I rank this film: Marvel Cinematic Universe 1. The Avengers 2. Iron Man 3. Captain America: Civil War 4. Guardians of the Galaxy 5. Captain America: The First Avenger 6. Captain America: The Winter Soldier 7. Ant-Man 8. Avengers: Age of Ultron 9. Thor 10. Iron Man 3 11. The Incredible Hulk 12. Thor: The Dark World 13. Iron Man 2 All Marvel Films (Including Icon Comics) 1. The Avengers 2. Iron Man 3. Captain America: Civil War 4. Guardians of the Galaxy 5. Kingsman: The Secret Service 6. Deadpool 7. X-Men: Days of Future Past 8. Captain America: The First Avenger 9. Captain America: The Winter Soldier 10. X-Men: First Class 11. Ant-Man 12. Avengers: Age of Ultron 13. Men in Black 14. The Amazing Spider-Man 15. The Wolverine 16. Kick-Ass 17. Thor 18. Spider-Man 2 19. X2 20. Iron Man 3 21. Blade 22. Spider-Man 23. X-Men 24. The Incredible Hulk 25. Thor: The Dark World 26. Iron Man 2 27. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 28. Blade II 29. Men in Black III 30. Spider-Man 3 31. Kick-Ass 2 32. Vibranium obviously doesn't exist in the real world, but titanium does its job in blocking gunshots. It's just a question of how much this shield costs. For comparison, here's a DIY version you can do at home. Also, this... EDIT: The Man at Arms version is a POS.- 445 replies

Here's a line Bandai should have continued. HG Mechanics focuses on 1/550 scale mobile armor kits. Sadly, they stopped on the three MA featured in Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory. Had the line gone further, we would've had a Shamblo or an updated Big Zam. In the meantime, here are two kits I recently completed: the MA-06 Val-Walo and the AMX-002 Neue Ziel.

Saban's Power Rangers, in theaters March 24,2017

Definitely not money, as Lionsgate and Saban are notorious for being cheap-asses when it comes to hiring actors. The only viable theory is that she's a fan of MMPR.- 128 replies
