Yeah, Voyager Megatron seems more tempting. How's his articulation, though, compared to Leader Megatron?
-
I'm tempted to buy Megatron, but which one is more worth it - Voyager or Leader? I've read that Voyager looks better, but the greenish color is a turn-off. Leader, on the other hand, doesn't have a jet mode.

I'm sure they're lovin' it. At least they didn't do KFC; otherwise, they'd be offending a lot of people. -
One of my friends was just named Runner-Up in the 2010 Guitar World Buyers Guide Model Search. She'll be featured in this month's issue of Guitar World magazine, which hits newsstands on July 14. In addition, she's now officially sponsored by Jackson Guitars. Here's her profile: Courtney Cox (Not the actress) Also, if you dig hard thrash metal, check out her boyfriend's band: Warbringer

It's gonna be a coin-toss for me between Jetfire and Human Alliance Bumblebee. Speaking of Bumblebee, has anyone here picked up the Deluxe Cannon version? Is he worth it if you already have every other version of the same mold?

Remember that funky-looking GT Citroën introduced for Gran Turismo 5? Well, you can own one of six for $1.8 million. Originally conceptualized to be powered by hydrogen fuel-cell, the production version will be using an American-made V8 - which will be sourced by either Ford or GM, depending on who Citroën will side with. Damn, that looks even better than on the film.

Last year, Chrysler attempted a promo wherein new car buyers were guaranteed gas at $2.99 a gallon. Unfortunately, by the time most people actually went with the promo. gas had actually fallen below $2.99. Now, Hyundai has two offers to choose from: a $1000 rebate or $1.49/gallon for a year. I wonder what Genesis Coupe buyers would choose. -

Leo Spitz to Have Bigger Role in Transformers 3 -
He will need a little bit of silver paint on the door frames, windshield wipers and headlights on the chest pieces, and the utility boxes on the leg pieces. Otherwise, he's a perfect display piece.

Well, I'm listening to this.

Woohoo! Got my ROTF Leader Prime last night. This guy completely blows Movie Prime 1.0 out of the water. It took me over an hour to transform him for the first time, as I don't use the instruction manual. After having problems with the chest pieces, I finally cheated and looked at the barely coherent manual. This toy is simply a masterpiece for its price range. My only complaint is that the forearm swords and "shields" get in the way of the shoulder armor plates. Otherwise, this toy is perfect. Now to go find Human Alliance Bumblebee.
-
Not at my place. My local Toy Kingdom is having trouble keeping a single ROTF toy in stock. Even the Gravity Bots (which are a PITA to transform, BTW) are sold out.

Love it or hate it, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen has become a box office phenomenon. And even before it was released, talks of a third Transformers film already surfaced. Transformers 3 is set for release on July 1, 2011. Returning to the production team are direcctor/producer Michael Bay, producers Steven Spielberg, Lorenzo Di Bonaventura, Ian Bryce, Tom DeSanto and Don Murphy, and screenplay writer Ehren Kruger. Writers Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman have opted not to return in the third installment, citing a lack of interest. Shia LaBeouf, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, Ramon Rodriguez, Kevin Dunn and Julie White are confirmed to reprise their roles. Megan Fox was fired by Paramount Pictures. The fate of her character is unknown, but Rosie Huntington-Whiteley will play Sam's new girlfriend. John Malkovich and Frances McDormand will also star in the film. Tony Todd, who voiced The Fallen in the last film, will appear as a human character. As for voices, it wouldn't be Transformers without Peter Cullen, would it? Aside from Optimus Prime and Bumblebee, Ironhide and Ratchet will return. James Avery, best known as Philip Banks in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, will voice Silverbolt. Bay has stated that the Twins are gone, but two Chevrolet Sparks sporting Autobot symbols were spotted during production. He also said a new Autobot will be in the form of a red Ferrari 458 Italia, while a black Dodge Charger SRT-8 will be one of the new Decepticons. So, what do you want to see in the new Transformers film? -
I got Downshift through mail-order, as well as good old Wheeljack during the post-movie era. Was also supposed to get Reflector, but my money order and Robot Points were never redeemed. Anyone here remember STARS (Hasbro's official TF club)? I got the starter kit, which consisted of a cardboard command center, an iron-on Autobot patch and a sweet lenticular ID card that changed from Omega Supreme to Devastator. Ah, those were the days.
-
Did anyone here use to collect Robot Points back in the day? Hasbro should bring back Robot Points and mail-in exclusives.

Like the Chinese government actually cares about the environment. You put a couple of H2s in Beijing and it wouldn't matter. As for China banning Renault, what a load of crap. None of China's cars have passed crash tests of all kinds, while Renaults have been designed to earn 5-star ratings in Euro NCAP crash tests. It seems that China has an overpopulation problem, and they don't want their people surviving in accidents. -

The Chinese government will block Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machinery’s purchase of Hummer due to "environmental concerns". Who are they to talk about environmental concerns? Beijing is the most smog-heavy city in the world. This is just as bad as China banning Renaults for being "unsafe". China to Block Hummer Sale -
