Okay guys (especially Taksraven, who makes a habit out of quoting every picture on every thread), stop quoting the stupid Charizard pic. You're wasting a lot of bandwidth by forcing others to scroll down further.

Avatar returns to digital 3D and IMAX theaters on August 27, with over 8 minutes of additional footage. Now I know why I decided not to buy the Blu-ray early.

The video is fan-made. If you look at the channel's playlist, it's got similar "trailers" for The Empire Strikes Back and Raiders of the Lost Ark. Great job, though.

Armored Fuel Truck Spotted During Filming - As this vehicle has no insignias, it is unknown if it's an Autobot or Decepticon. -
Well, since nobody cares about this movie, I might as well post the ending...

Want a G1 Arcee? iGear will be releasing their version later this year. And it seems to be more accurate than Impossible Toys' TRNS-01 Valkyrie figure. iGear MGT-01 Delicate Warrior

Worst Science Fiction Film of All Time

Could be worse - it might be followed by Titanic III: Revenge of the Sunken. -
I forgot to mention that while this movie is being released theatrically in Asia, it's going straight to DVD/Blu-ray in North America and Europe.

Yeah, it's too bad that HA Sideswipe is kibble-tastic. Deluxe Sideswipe is hard to find at a good price, as Hasbro under-produced the regular version and flooded stores with Swerve and other repaints. I have Swerve, and I'm happy with that figure; so I'm not much concerned with getting Sideswipe.

No Rollbar in TF3 Well, it was a hoax - sort of. Some fanboy wanted to do a publicity stunt by bringing his jeep over to the filming location. -
HA Sideswipe has been marked down to borderline Deluxe price out here. Is he really just not as good as the Deluxe version?

Be warned that this version is a completely different mold of the Sam figure, as it lacks the chest articulation of the ROTF version. He also seems to have a beer belly. So if you can find the ROTF version, get that instead.

I bought my KO MP Prime at a local hobby shop. KOTOYS.com has it for around US$80 + shipping.

Actually, the Japanese G1 reissue seems to be the quintessential Galvatron at the moment. It's in the cartoon-accurate purple and comes with a better face sculpt and the Matrix of Leadership. It even has original sound clips from the Japanese dub of the series. Now if only Hasbro released it stateside. If they can't afford to have Leonard Nimoy record his lines for the toy, I'd still be happy if Frank Welker's voice screaming, "BWAAAAA!!!" is part of the sound effects.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Turtles Forever

I just saw this movie and I must say that it's not as bad as I had expected. Even though I have never seen a single episode of the 2003 series, I actually prefer the lineup over the 1987 version. But the best part of the movie is- 196 replies

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Turtles Forever

It's all 4Kids fault. They appear to have a non-union policy on hiring voice actors, and the original voice actors happened to be union members. Also, since the post-production was in NY, they didn't want to spend on flying the actors from L.A.- 196 replies

Tekken ( 鉄拳 ) Crystal Sky Pictures, 2010 Directed by Dwight H. Little (Marked for Death, Rapid Fire) Based upon characters from the best-selling video game series Tekken by Namco Running Time: 92 minutes Rated PG-13 for martial arts violence, some T&A and strong language. Cast John Foo (Wushu fighter in Tom Yum Goong, Ryu in Street Fighter: Legacy) as Jin "The People's Choice" Kazama Ian Anthony Dale (Scorpion in Mortal Kombat: Rebirth) as Kazuya Mishima Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa (Shang Tsung in Mortal Kombat, Yoshida in Showdown in Little Tokyo) as Heihachi Mishima Kelly Overton as Christie Monteiro Luke Goss (Death Race: Frankenstein Lives, Prince Nuada in Hellboy II: The Golden Army) as Steve Fox Gary Daniels (Kenshiro in Fist of the North Star, The Brit in The Expendables) as Bryan Fury Candice Hillebrand as Nina Williams Marian Zapico as Anna Williams Darrin Henson as Raven Tamlyn Tomita (Kumiko in The Karate Kid Part II, Waverly in The Joy Luck Club) as Jun Kazama Mircea Monroe as Kara Lateef Crowder (Capoeira fighter in Tom Yum Goong, Baraka in Mortal Kombat: Rebirth) as Eddy Gordo Cung Le as Marshall Law Gary Ray Stearns as Yoshimitsu Anton Kasabov as Sergei Dragunov Roger Huerta as Miguel Caballero Rojo Synopsis The year is 2037. After global wars devastated nearly all of civilization on Earth, the planet's nations are under the control of multi-billion dollar corporations. The continent of North America is run by the mighty Mishima Zaibatsu, who hosts the annual King of Iron Fist Tournament - also known as Tekken. After witnessing the death of his mother at the hands of Mishima's troops, Jin Kazama breaks his mother's promise and enters the Tekken tournament not only for victory, but to kill Heihachi. This fighter from the slums of Anvil quickly becomes "the people's choice" after proving himself in a tryout match against Marshall Law, but upon entering Tekken City, he discovers that Heihachi is the least of his worries. Lowdown Oh. My. God. I have just seen an awesome film. It is the absolute best film ever made. We all know that these live-action film adaptations stop at nothing to deface our favorite video games. But in the case of Tekken, it's different. If you're a fan of the first three games, go grab your pitchforks. This film practically takes the most-established fighters - such as Marshall Law, Yoshimitsu and the Williams sisters - and turns them into complete jobbers. And since I retired after Tekken 3, I don't know characters like Christie Monteiro, Steve Fox (not that he fought at all), Miguel Caballero Rojo or Sergei Dragunov - all of which have more screen time than they deserve. Also, major game subplots such as the Devil Gene are thrown out the window. One result of this change is Kazuya turning from a vengeance-ridden fighter into Heihachi's henchman. Lame. Perhaps the film's biggest crime is the complete mutilation of Heihachi Mishima's character. Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa looks horrible. Whoever did his hair and makeup should be drawn and quartered. Even worse is that he doesn't even last through half of the movie. But what about the fight scenes? They're actually very watchable, compared to other fighting game adaptations. The only drawback is the rather cheesy approach - the arena supposedly generates pseudo-holograms of stages based on the games. Overall, while it's better than the Street Fighter films, Double Dragon, Mortal Kombat: Annihilation and DOA: Dead or Alive, it still is an abomination to the video game industry. At least it will make you forget about the lousy anime adaptation from over a decade ago. Rating: Links Official Tekken Website (Japanese) References The Internet Movie Database
