Max Force guns are now available at toy stores everywhere. But is anyone here gonna buy them? How would anyone justify paying US$40 for something that shoots spitballs?

Here's some retro metal:

Looks promising, indeed. Hopefully, it will not end up looking like this:

Everything - from the RT episodes all the way to Shadow Chronicles.

I'm surprised HG actually acted upon this. Makes you wonder why they haven't claimed copyright infringement on the thousands of users who illegally upload RT episodes on a daily basis.

I picked up DOTM Deluxe Nitro Bumblebee yesterday. While Deluxe movie Bumblebees of the past had completely different molds, they shared the same transformation designs such as the leg automorph. Nitro Bumblebee, on the other hand, is a completely different animal. There is no automorph or Mechalive gimmick anywhere. The doors do not open like the other Bumblebees and the fender pieces that hold the front wheels are attached to them. The chest transformation seems to be loosely based on the Leader Class figure. Though the rear end halves are still parts of the legs, the lower legs and feet open very differently. The overall effect is a Deluxe Bumblebee that is shorter and looks nothing like the ones we've had in the past. As usual, the figure suffers from a lack of paint apps. Nearly all of the robot parts are molded in a dull gray and the hands are molded with the arms. This means there is more work to do on this figure than all of the other Bumblebees.

Just did some painting on my three Deluxe Bumblebees. So far, the DOTM version looks much better than the day I bought it. But of the three, the DOTM BB is the weakest in terms of quality, detail and display value. Sadly, my Battle Blade BB is nursing a foot injury. While I was doing some detailing on his car mode, I noticed that the right foot developed a huge crack. During transformation, it just went brittle and fell off the hinge. This is the one thing I hate about Hasbro's plastics: they don't mix well with hobby paints. Here's a comparison shot between the three. As soon as I'm done with some details, I'll send these three to my local hobby shop for them to spray the car panels. The Nerf N-Strike Whiteout Series is all-new, and the Maverick REV-6, Nite Finder EX-3, Facepalm CS-6 and Longstrike CS-6 are the featured blasters. And yes, the Longstrike looks perfect for winter combat.

Yeah, but how many actually do that?

You forgot to mention that each DVD/Blu-ray comes with a sparkly Harmony Gold logo animation sequence.

So this is why Voltron Farce has a Gangsta Rap intro. Apparently, Voltron was being marketed to the hip-hop crowd a few years ago. Don't ask me why.
-
So far, this show is bad, but is it worse than Voltron: The Third Dimension?
-
That is a really sad bunch.

He does own a Toyota Supra Mk III, so he's in no position to bash old Japanese cars (unless he actually hates Hondas).

On this week's episode of Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger: Episode 20: "The Lost Forest" (迷いの森) Legends of the Week: Teruaki Ogawa (Sasuke/Ninja Red in Ninja Sentai Kakuranger) as Hyuuga and Kazuki Maehara as Ryouma Villain of the Week: Basco ta Jolokia Gokai Color of the Week: N/A Past Sentai of the Week: Seijuu Sentai Gingaman (Power Rangers Lost Galaxy) The latest clue to the Greatest Treasure in the Universe leads the Gokaigers to a forest in search of the Gingamen. They meet Hyuuga - the former Black Knight, but they also lock horns once again with Basco ta Jolokia. Gai is excited to meet one of his heroes, but is torn between being a Gokaiger and giving his powers up to the more-experienced Hyuuga. Needless to say, Basco is back to stir trouble for our fellow pirates. But as a Super Sentai tribute episode, it feels more like a filler. There's too much focus on the interaction between Gai and Hyuuga, and Ryouma doesn't do much at all here (Ban in the Dekaranger tribute episode didn't do much, either, but his appearance didn't feel useless in comparison). In addition, while the Gokaigers are granted the powers of the Gingamen, there's no mention of exactly what it is. Are we left with a power that's "useless" like that of the Carrangers? Next week on Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger: Episode 21: "The Heart of an Adventurer" (冒険者の心) For the first-time ever: two Super Sentai tributes back-to-back! The former Bouken Red must get the help of the Gokaigers to acquire a "Precious".

Okay, this is absurd! Bumblebee Camaro Stretch Limo

The problem with the Challenger is that it's a muscle car that lacks just that - muscle. In every car magazine, it's been spanked by the Camaro and the Mustang. The V6 engine on the SE is beyond pathetic - doing 0-60 in 8.3 seconds (an 11-year-old Honda Civic Si will smoke that by 0.3 seconds). Plus, the interior is overly bland with absolutely no character (mostly because it uses components recycled from the Chrysler 300C).
