  2. Vin Diesel revisits yet another one of his old film franchises and gives us a sequel nobody asked for. xXx: Return of Xander Cage has him come out of hiding and reunite with Samuel L. Jackson to remind everyone that xXX: State of the Nation was not a thing. This will also be Revolution Studios' first film in over a decade. The film is set for release on January 20, 2017. What next - The Pacifier 2? Official Site Okay, so I spoke too soon... Vin Diesel Reveals The Pacifier Sequel Is Being Written
  3. The first WWE Draft in over five years has begun, and the new General Managers of RAW and SmackDown have been announced. RAW General Manager: Mick Foley SmackDown General Manager: Daniel Bryan
  4. Those numbers are actually not good. For a film to actually break even, it has to make at least twice its budget. And these days, if a US$200 million film doesn't make a billion at the box office, it's considered a financial failure.
  5. Chris Stuckmann takes a look back at the Bourne Trilogy. "A" "A" "A+" "Who's Stuckmannized now, bitch?"
  6. I'm simply astonished by just how polarizing this film is, based on the reviews. I was expecting Jeremy Jahns to dogshit it, but he ended up just calling it a good time if you're drunk. Chris Stuckmann wound up giving it a C. MovieBob, who usually hates these kinds of reboots, actually gave it 3 out of 4 stars. Even Kevin Smith enjoyed the film. Is there something they see in the film that we don't? On the other hand, Angry Joe stuck to his guns and gave the film 2/10. Sure, he's a bit psycho, but I feel he gave the most honest review among the bunch - especially on the spoiler discussion.
  7. This film has set new milestones this week. According to Box Office Mojo, Finding Dory has earned US$445 million domestically, beating Shrek 2's US$441 million record for highest grossing animated film in the U.S. It is also Pixar's biggest moneymaker domestically.
  8. Things are not looking good for this film. According to the latest Box Office Mojo estimates, not-Ghostbusters landed at #2 on opening weekend with US$46 million. This is considering that The Secret Life of Pets is on its second week at #1 with a 51.5% drop in weekly earnings.
  9. Personally, I don't rely on lineart when it comes to mecha designs, as it's always not consistent with the anime art and scale replicas. Lineart is more of a proof of concept rather than what should be used on the final product. Take Kunio Okawara's art, for example. Sure, he's the father of Gundam designs, but would you buy a Build Burning Gundam kit if it were 100% faithful to his lineart?
  10. That's wishful thinking, as Gundam Wing isn't very popular in Japan - which is why Tallgeese II-III and Altron Gundam (Nataku) are P-Bandai exclusives.
  11. And here's the Japanese dub. Cast Saori Hayami (Tsubasa in Mazinkaiser SKL, Yurin in Mobile Suit Gundam AGE) as Ruby Rose Yoko Hikasa (Lafter in Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, Houki in Infinite Stratos) as Weiss Schnee Yu Shimamura (Annie in Attack on Titan, Aida in Gundam Reconguista in G) as Blake Belladonna Ami Koshimizu (Mikumo in Macross Delta, Kallen in Code Geass) as Yang Xiao Long Hiro Shimono (Ayato in RahXephon, Takuya in Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn) as Jaune Arc Megumi Toyoguchi (Klan Klang in Macross Frontier, Mihiro in Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn) as Pyrrha Nikos Soma Saito (Yuutarou in Aldnoah.Zero, Yamagi in Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans) as Lie Ren Aya Suzuki (Kaede in Assassination Classroom, Mikuru in Aikatsu!) as Nora Valkyrie Kazuhiko Inoue (Jerid in Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, adult Flit in Mobile Suit Gundam AGE) as Professor Ozpin Masumi Asano (Hakufu in Ikki Tousen, Black Rose in .hack) as Glynda Goodwitch Shinichiro Miki (Lockon in Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Kurz in Full Metal Panic!) as Roman Torchwick Kikuko Inoue (Belldandy in Ah! My Goddess, Grace in Macross Frontier) as the Narrator
  12. "Worth Watching and Worth Buying on Blu-ray" "A-" "8/10" "3.2 and 4.1 out of 5 Schmoes" "B-" Rotten Tomatoes Rating: 83% - "Star Trek Beyond continues the franchise's post-reboot hot streak with an epic sci-fi adventure that honors the series' sci-fi roots without skimping on the blockbuster action." Metacritic Score: 68 out of 100
