    I had the misfortune of watching the theatrical release of Highlander II: The Quickening when it first came out in theaters. Because of this, I'll never watch any attempt at correcting it, whether it's Mulcahy's 1995 "Renegade Version" or Panzer/Davis' 2004 "Special Edition".

    Here's a case of "... So that's why...": The film is written by Chris Morgan (The Fast and the Furious 3-6, Wanted) and Hossein Amini (Snow White and the Huntsman, Killshot). Maybe we can forgive Amini, as he wrote Drive.
