  3. Next year, Marvel will once again go anime-style. Produced by Toei Animation and Disney Japan, and airing on TV Tokyo, Marvel Disk Wars: The Avengers will have Iron Man and company teaming up with a bunch of Japanese teens to battle Loki. Unlike previous installments, this one will be geared toward kids. Official Site A Very Japanese Avengers
  4. Speaking of which, will model scale play a big factor in this series' Gunpla Battle? In Model Suit Gunpla Builders Beginning G, a player used the Big Zam, but was easily punted because it was 1/550 scale.
  5. When will the series have mobile armor action? I want to see someone actually use a Zakrello in battle.
  6. You know, the pic wouldn't be so bad if she weren't in it. Only a complete idiot would quote it on their reply.
  7. Time to sing along. And here's the recipe for the nacho sombrero. Despicable Me 2 Tortilla Chip Sombrero Copycat
  8. Mark my word: This movie will tank at the box office. It is guaranteed to receive Golden Raspberry Award nominations and maybe win some.
  9. Yeah, that was an awesome episode. Can't wait to see Beargguy III unveiled. Anyway, despite the flaws, the Zaku Amazing is going on my shelf.
  10. How disappointing. I thought it was based on MGREXX's artwork from 10 years back.
  11. Lou Scheimer, famous animation producer, passed away on October 17. In 1962, Scheimer, along with Hal Sutherland and Norm Prescott, founded Filmation; we have them to thank for classics such as Fat Albert, Star Trek: The Animated Series, Bravestarr, and especially He-Man and the Masters of the Universe and its counterpart She-Ra, Princess of Power. Although Filmation was notorious for cutting corners during production, you have to admit that you watched a whole bunch of their cartoons during your childhood. And without Filmation, we wouldn't have animators like Bruce Timm (Batman: The Animated Series) and Jon Kricfalusi (The Ren & Stimpy Show). Here's to an animation industry legend. R.I.P. Filmation Co-Founder Lou Scheimer
  12. The Hillbillies (Deliverance) "I bet you can squeal like a pig. Weeeeeeee!" Proof that the woods are no place for a city boy. When Ed (Jon Voight) and Bobby (Ned Beatty) are separated from Lewis (Burt Reynolds) and Drew (Ronny Cox) during a river run, they are suddenly cornered by two hillbillies who tie Ed to a tree and rape Bobby. Before they do the same to Ed, one of the hillbillies gets an arrow through his heart, courtesy of Lewis.
