    Of all the alternate universes, Gundam 00 is the best one. Excellent animation and mecha designs, plus a gripping story that echoes current events related to terrorism, politics, and religion. It also has some great music to go with it. One word of warning, though: You'll either love or hate Mobile Suit Gundam 00 the Movie: A Wakening of the Trailblazer. The best way to understand it is to go through the series first and stay after the credits.

In the midst of the chaos, Gosei grants the Rangers a new upgrade that allows them to harness the powers of the past Power Rangers. Lowdown Well, Saban wasted no time in presenting the first episode of Power Rangers Super Megaforce. Any form of character development or explanation of the Rangers' new powers is thrown out the door (not that it matters in the Power Rangers universe, anyway). Instead, the premier episode just cuts to the action with footage from the first two episodes of Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger mixed with really bad dialogue. And the upgrades? Well, in order for the Rangers to become swashbuckling pirates with phones, they have to be in the Goseiger suits first. Because of this, the Gokai changes that involve Goseigers are heavily tampered with to avoid redundancy. For example, in the scene where the Gokaigers change into all Super Sentai Reds, Gokai Green's change into Gosei Red is shoddily replaced by Bouken Red. Also, the Gokai change to Himitsu Sentai Goranger is deleted, as most Power Rangers fans wouldn't know any of the pre-Zyuranger teams. For the average Power Rangers fan, Super Megaforce will definitely have them pumped up with more spandex-clad fights and giant robots. Otherwise, it's proof once again to stick to the source material. "Now that's a Super Mega Fail."
