    You know what, this is actually a fun movie. Never mind that it reeks of implausible subplots and erratic pacing. It's a Liam Neeson action/suspense film, and that is all you need to know.

The Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar Once again, the Undertaker's undefeated WM streak is on the line, but given Lesnar's track record, why should he be the one to break it when others didn't?

    Ah yes, the infamous "Charlie Brown" suits. I remember people commenting mostly on the black zig-zag stripe, but not so much on the overall hate on the design. At least those outfits grew on fans and became regarded as a favorite among them. On the other hand, the ToQger costumes really have no design emphasis. They look more the typical mooks rather than an actual Super Sentai group. The only upside to them is mass-production in different colors to quickly demonstrate the interchangeability of the ToQ Changers and Resshas. I'm sure the upcoming super mode will be an improvement, but not by much.

    You should know by now that with Saban, nothing makes sense. I knew they would screw up Gokaiger, but I couldn't imagine just how much damage they would do by not hiring an entirely new cast. Just one of the examples of Saban being cheap. Today's episode is supposed to be based on Gokaiger episode 4, where Gokai Blue did his five-sword technique. Let's see how Saban botches this. EDIT: Looks like they've attempted a faithful recreation, with the usually bad dialogue thrown in. But since when was this guy a master swordsman? Furthermore, how are they gonna incorporate the Sid/Barizorg story arc? "Yes, Boss."

    From the perspective of the Power Rangers franchise, it wouldn't make sense using the Goranger or any of the pre-spandex (1975-1982) suits. But I'd like to see them use the Bioman suits as an homage to Saban's first attempt at adapting Super Sentai.     The thing is that people in the past complained about the costumes based on the pre-production line art, and they were proven wrong by the time the first episode aired. I remember back in 2003, fans did not like the concept art for Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger, but come 2004, the costumes for that series became everyone's favorites. ToQger just proved the fans right about the costume design, and I just don't see how it will grow on longtime Super Sentai fans. Also, Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger did the male Pinks better.

    So you hate all that kibble on First Edition Prime. What do you do? According to this picture found on Facebook, you simply remove the parts so you can display Prime in both modes. Genius!

    On this week's episode of Power Rangers Super Megafarce: Episode 2: "Earth Fights Back" As the city recovers from the Armada's invasion, Prince Vekar sends down a new monster to destroy cities with underground missiles. Troy gets wind of this evil plot, but is caught in a battle with the monster and scores of X Borgs while his teammates rush to assist him. Instead of going the regular Gokaiger route and introducing the Magirangers' grand power, this series fast-forwards to the Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger tribute episode. Again, only most of the action footage is retained from the source material. Doggie Kruger does not make an appearance here, unfortunately. Gosei: "Rangers, you've now unlocked new modes that have never been seen on this planet." And this is how the Dairanger suits come to play in this series: as an unlockable power. They don't mention the official PR name here. Furthermore, the SPD powers are unlocked by Gosei, which completely defeats the point of the series by not having a past member appear and "pass the torch" to the Rangers. And goddamn, the sound effects suck balls in this show. Oh yeah - I realized something: In the scene where the Rangers engage the Gokaioh/Legendary Megazord's final attack, the "Let's Go!" sign is omitted. Screw you, Saban! As much as I love Gokaiger, I'm not sure if I should continue watching this mess. "Now that's a Super Mega Fail."

Ressha Sentai ToQger is all laughs - not only because of its slapstick comedy, but its laughably bad designs. There are so many ways to make train-themed designs, so why did Toei approve such horrible-looking costumes? It looks like they simply hot-glued toy railroad tracks on spandex outfits. And that giant robot they have. I don't care if it's part of an interchangeable toy gimmick, but ToQ Oh is the single worst giant robot design in Super Sentai history. The baddies look cool, though. Without a doubt, ToQger is a fun series to watch, but the ghastly costume designs will keep most Super Sentai fans from watching it.
