  1. The film's out in Japan right now. Here's the dub cast: Koichi Yamadera (Spike in Cowboy Bebop, Togusa in Ghost in the Shell) as Peter Quill/Star-Lord Romi Park (Edward Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist, Toshiro Hitsugaya in Bleach) as Gamora Naomi Kusumi as Drax the Destroyer Koji Kato as Rocket Raccoon Kenichi Endo (Hideaki Goto in The Raid 2: Berandal) as Groot Hiroshi Shirokuma as Ronan the Accuser Fumihiko Tachiki (Gendo in Neon Genesis Evangelion, Kenpachi Zariki in Bleach) as Yondu Udonta Natsuki Mori as Nebula
  2. The film's score will be composed by Michael Giacchino (The Incredibles, Star Trek). Definitely nowhere near John Williams' level, but the score is said to incorporate elements of the original theme music.
  3. WWE Night of Champions is this sunday on pay-per-view (or on the WWE Network for $9.99!). Here's the card, along with my predictions: WWE Championship: Brock Lesnar © vs. John Cena Don't expect a squash match like at SummerSlam. Even if Cena delivers a larger offensive, expect Lesnar to keep the belt. WWE Intercontinental Championship: Dolph Ziggler © vs. The Miz No one cares about The Miz. Give Ziggler a more worthy opponent. WWE United States Championship: Sheamus © vs. Cesaro Since Cesaro's push has been derailed, there's no other choice than for him to grab this title. WWE Tag Team Championship: The Usos (Jimmy & Jey) © vs. Goldust & Stardust Since Goldust and Stardust just turned heel, giving them the belts makes more sense. WWE Divas Championship - Triple-Threat: Paige © vs. AJ Lee vs. Nikki Bella Expect Paige to keep the belt when Brie Bella runs in and screws over her twin sister. Mark Henry vs. Rusev Piss-break. Chris Jericho vs. Randy Orton It's sad how Y2J is being fed to less-talented wrestlers such as RKO. Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins Predictably, Rollins will use his Money in the Bank briefcase to clock Roman for the pin.
  4. Jurassic World is the fourth installment of the Jurassic Park film series, to be released on June 12, 2015. Directed by Colin Trevorrow (Safety Not Guaranteed), the film stars Chris Pratt (Peter Quill/Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy, Emmet in The Lego Movie), Bryce Dallas Howard (Gwen Stacy in Spider-Man 3, Story in Lady in the Water). and Vincent D'Onofrio (Gomer Pyle in Full Metal Jacket, Edgar in Men in Black). The film takes place 22 years after the first film, with Isla Nublar becoming the dinosaur theme park that John Hammond had envisioned. And, as usual, something that involves Velociraptors goes wrong. Jurassic World.org Jurassic World @ IMDb
  5. While not sci-fi, Zyzzyx Road is notorious for the wrong reasons. Despite having a budget of US$1.3 million, the film was shown at only one theater in Dallas for six days due to a minimum obligation set by the Screen Actors Guild. As a result, it has a total box-office earning of US$30. Not 30 million, just 30 bucks.
  6. This is Classic Motor Cars' Jaguar Mark 2, an 18-month resto-mod project commissioned by Jaguar Cars' director Ian Callum. The classic body is enhanced with a modern bumper and four louvers on each fender. It sits on 17-inch split-rim spoke wheels and is lowered by 30 mm. The entire mechanical system has been modernized with the Jaguar XK's 4.3 liter V8, 5-speed manual transmission, independent rear suspension and upgraded disc brakes. 2014 Classic Motor Cars Jaguar Mark 2 by Callum
  7. "My momma always said: Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get." Earlier this month, the 1994 epic film Forrest Gump was re-released on IMAX for its 20th anniversary. Time sure flies, doesn't it? A couple of reviews showing how this film holds well today as it did back then.
  8. The Rover is an Australian Dystopian film directed by David Michôd (Animal Kingdom), who co-wrote the story with Joel Edgerton (Owen Lars in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones, Gawain in King Arthur). The film stars Guy Pearce (Adam/Felicia in The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, Leonard in Memento) and Robert Pattinson (that sparking vampire-wannabe in Twilight). It made its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival last May and will be available on Blu-ray and DVD through Lionsgate Entertainment on September 23. Here's Chris Stuckmann to tell you more. Official Site Rotten Tomatoes Rating: 66% Metacritic Score: 64 out of 100
  9. No. A Japanese actress should play Kusanagi, so I'd prefer they cast Marica Hase instead. Besides, Marica is already famous in the U.S.
