  2. If you can read Korean, you'll laugh to death at the film poster. The Poster for Seth Rogen and James Franco's New Comedy Is Filled with Anti-American Propaganda
  3. OK, then... Spock: "Look, just because you know I mind-meld doesn't mean you know me." Kirk: "You know what they say where we're from? Show me how you warp, I'll show you who you are. Constellation-class. You could never resist Starfleet muscle. [Notices scar] Nice scar. You could never keep yourself out of trouble, either." Spock: "What else do you know about me?" Kirk: "About you? Everything. [Grabs Spock's wrist] Like this scar. You got that the first night we met. Kobayashi-maru. Some kid trying to show off, lost control of his ship, wiped out right next to you. You're lucky you didn't lose your arm." Spock: "And let me guess... you saved me." Kirk: "No. I was the kid showing off. And here... [shows Spock's scar on shoulder]. You were fighting Nero all over space and got trapped in a corner. And you thought it was a good idea to ram that Jellyfish through his ship." Spock: "All right, how about this one?" [shows scar on hip] Kirk: "That's the last time we were together. On that one planet. You wanted to go for a night swim. You cut yourself on the reef. I followed you. I even got this scar to match." [shows scar on hip] Spock: "Look, I don't know why you're here, but I really think you're over your head." Kirk: "I'm here for you." Spock: "That Vulcan you remember, it's not me." Kirk: "Not from what I saw. Like it or not, you're still the same Vulcan. I saw it out there. I see it right now." -- Soran: "James Tiberius Kirk, you don't know me. You're about to."
  4. Not really groundbreaking news, but Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal premiered in Japan this past July and is currently running on a bi-weekly basis with episode 13 airing on January 3. It is licensed in North America by Viz Media with online streaming through Crunchyroll and Hulu. It is also licensed in Australia and New Zealand by Madman Entertainment. For the Japanese cast, Kotono Mitsuishi is the only returning voice, as nearly everyone in the original cast has either long retired or is not interested in reprising their roles. The English cast is the same as Viz Media's re-dub of the original Sailor Moon series. The Japanese cast is as follows: Kotono Mitsuishi (Rinko in Gundam Build Fighters, Misato in Neon Genesis Evangelion) as Usagi Tsukino/Sailor Moon Hisako Kanemoto (Yayoi/Cure Peace in Precure, Tomonori in Is This a Zombie?) as Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury (replacing Aya Hisakawa) Rina Satou (Negi in Mahou Sensei Negima!, Mikoto in A Certain Magical Index) as Rei Hino/Sailor Mars (replacing Michie Tomizawa) Ami Koshimizu (Kallen in Code Geass, Tenma in School Rumble) as Makoto Kino/Sailor Jupiter (replacing Emi Shinohara) Shizuka Itou (Hinagiku in Hayate the Combat Butler, Himawari in xxxHOLiC) as Minako Aino/Sailor Venus (replacing Rica Fukami) Ryou Hirohashi (Susumu in Gundam Build Fighters, Gyanko in Gundam Build Fighters Try) as Luna (replacing Keiko Han) Kenji Nojima (Yuuna in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny, Yuji in Blue Gender) as Mamoru Chiba/Tuxedo Kamen (replacing Tohru Furuya) Youhei Oobayashi as Artemis (replacing Kappei Yamaguchi) Misa Watanabe (Vivi in One Piece) as Queen Beryl (replacing Keiko Han) Yoko Matsuoka (Gegege no Kitaro, Daichi in Madou King Granzort) as Queen Metallia (replacing Noriko Uemura) Daisuke Kishio (Chitose in Happy Lesson, Kyosuke in School Rumble) as Jadeite (replacing Masaya Onosaka) Kousuke Toriumi (Soma in Aldnoah.Zero, Kiba in Naruto) as Nephrite (replacing Katsuji Mori) Masaya Matsukaze (Hirscher in Gunslinger Girl, Ren in Hell Girl) as Zoicite (replacing Keiichi Nanba) Eiji Takemoto (Harlock in Gun Frontier and Cosmowarior Zero) as Kunzite (replacing Kazuyuki Sogabe) Satomi Sato (Wendy in Fairy Tail, Ritsu in K-ON!) as Naru Osaka (replacing Shino Kakinuma) Seira Ryu as Shingo Tsukino (replacing Chiyoko Kawashima) Mitsuaki Madono (Kon in Bleach, Kaname in Code Geass) as Kenji Tsukino (replacing Yuji Machi) Yuko Mizutani (Pinoko in Black Jack, Great Will of the Macrocosm in Excel Saga) as Ikuko Tsukino (replacing Sanae Takagi) Hiroshi Okamoto as Motoki Furuhata (replacing Hiroyuki Sato) Mami Koyama (Oyuki in The Dagger of Kamui, Karen in Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team) as Queen Serenity (replacing Mika Doi)
  5. Just picked up these two kits earlier this month. Easily my two favorite Gunpla kits in the series right now. I'll probably pick up the HG Destiny Gundam after Christmas to recreate the Sekai vs. Shimon fight.
  6. With J. J. Abrams now doing Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Paramount Pictures, Skydance Productions, and Bad Robot announced the new director of the third Star Trek installment. Lens flares will now be replaced with neon lighting and NOS. "Ask any Starfleet Officer, any real Starfleet Officer. It don't matter if it's by an inch or a parsec. Winning's winning." "I live my life a warp factor at a time; nothing else matters. For those 10 seconds or less, I'm free." Star Trek 3's New Director Will Be Fast & Furious 6's Helmer Justin Lin
  7. Henrik Fisker and Galpin Auto Sports take a Ford Mustang GT and go crazy with it. The Rocket has its sheetmetal body replaced with carbon fiber and its V8 engine is supercharged to 725 bhp. Expect this limited edition Mustang to cost a little over US$100,000. Galpin/Fisker Rocket
  8. I don't think the '60s Batman series qualifies as guilty pleasure material, as it's simply too awesome.
  9. I haven't seen Stuckmann so pissed at a film since last year's Movie 43. Now we just have to wait for Jeremy Jahns to dogshit it. The Scmoes also go postal in it. And here's a review that gets straight to the point.
