  1. Rotten Tomatoes Rating: 37% - "Pleasing to the eye but narratively befuddled, Jupiter Ascending delivers another visually thrilling misfire from the Wachowskis." Metacritic Score: 53 out of 100
  2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YedqV4Gl_us John Goodman as Walter Sobchak (The Big Lebowski) "Has the whole world gone crazy? Am I the only one around here who gives a sh!t about the rules? Mark it zero!" A Vietnam War veteran who is best buddies with "The Dude" (Jeff Bridges) and sometimes with Donny (Steve Buscemi). Born with a short fuse, he does not take sh!t from anyone - especially on Saturdays. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PztgWdMEJdg It's a shame John Goodman never received an Oscar nomination for this role, as it's his single best performance in his career.
  3. Discotek Media just announced today on their Facebook page that they will bring Robot Carnival (ロボット・カーニバル) back into the U.S. anime market. This means that the American general public will see the original Japanese version for the first time ever.
  4. WWE Fastlane is the new February PPV, replacing Elimination Chamber and will air on Sunday, February 22. Here's the announced card and my predictions: #1 Contender Shot: Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan - YES! YES! YES! No more nursery rhyme promos! WWE United States Championship: Rusev © (with Lana) vs. John Cena - We predicted this since last year - as soon as Rusev has championship-level momentum, he'll be fed to Cenation. End of story. WWE Divas Championship: Nikki Bella © (with Brie Bella) vs. Paige - At this point, no one cares about Divas matches anymore, but giving the title back to Paige should bring back some relevance. Besides, Nikki's title reign has gone absolutely nowhere.
  5. Here's the track version of the new Mustang Shelby GT350. Under the hood is a new flat-plane 5.2 liter DOHC V8. Other upgrades include an aggressive body kit, 19" carbon fiber wheels, and a 52 lb. body weight reduction. 2016 Ford Shelby GT350R Mustang

  7. Sad news: Monty Oum is hospitalized in critical care, and according to Rooster Teeth, it is unknown if he will recover. A donation page was set on January 30 to raise US$50,000. As of today, fans have raised over US$160,000. Best wishes to Monty for a speedy recovery. Monty Oum Hospitalized Monty Oum Medical & Family Support
  8. One other thing to note is that Masashi Hirose's illness and subsequent departure from the voice cast had an adverse effect on the series. As Ral-san, he was a solid mentor and his punchlines were absolutely priceless. Katsuhisa Hoki's version of the character has a severely reduced presence to a near-wallflower level. It's like he's missing on the episodes he's actually on.
  9. Cowboy Ninja Viking is a limited comic book series by A. J. Lieberman and Riley Rossmo and published by Image Comics from 2009 to 2010. It revolves around a government-trained assassin with multiple personality disorder (hence the title). Five years after the first announcement of a film adaptation, we get some solid information on it: Universal Pictures currently has the film rights after Disney dropped it in 2012. Chris Pratt (Quill/Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy, Andy in Parks and Recreation) has been confirmed to star in the film. Looks like that weight-loss program is reeling in the offers. Mark Forster (Finding Neverland, Quantum of Solace) was originally attached to this project as director, but he stepped down. John Wick directors David Leitch (Terry Bogard in The King of Fighters, Convenience Store V in V for Vendetta) and Chad Stahelski are currently in negotiations to take the director's chair.
