Finally got my unicorn after an agonizing wait. As usual I started with the weapons and man, it's been awhile since my last perfect grade. This this is a beast now I'm on the torso. A lot of pressure is needed to put some of these parts together.

This coverage a few posts back. It looks amazing in hand and you can raise the butt flap so it's not sticking down- 16945 replies

The antenna has a small magnet. The horn will still have a gap but not as big and overall it stays together well from what I've seen.

Well the GP01/FB is the same kit. You have the option to display it which every way you like and it comes with a cage to hold the other parts. I did the zeta long ago and while it's cool I know longer care for the more rounded shape of it compared to the Real Grade or the MG 2.0 which has sharper edges. The Strike is on the the Kings of the PG kits and from the looks of it RX-78, 178 and Char are pretty amazing and still hold up almost a decade later. I feel the Unicorn will make me revist the PG line as I move away from modeling as a whole and go for more impressive display pieces for my shelves.

There's a third party company that makes the action base stands for perfect grades. They initially it was made for the perfect grade wing zero. Also after a slight hiccup with PayPal I'm excited my PG Unicorn is on its way. I've been going back and forth on whether or not to get the LEDs. While it looks amazing how often will I actually light it up? As for the RG EW line I was initially excited but I'm moving away from models now more for robot spirits line for better posing and because the wing line has enemy mecha. I know the moment I invest on the RG wing suits they will announce the RS line of them. I have the entire RG line except for Z'Gok though so we will see.

I've seen all the comments online about this and how people are upset or how we let the terrorists win. I agree with TangeldThomas, while its been mostly a massive hacking situation who knows how far they were truly willing to go. This is the safest move to do.

Part 5: Arms and Shoulders http://youtu.be/d-wnqyCY_mk I can't seem to figure as it has been so long how to embed the video and not just show the link

I have the FA and the Ver KA, the FA had some improvements to it I believe over the Ver KA and the HD color. Also in the vids the torso seems to hold up well. Also looking at the pics I would be more worried about articulation and all those exposed wires. They are just asking to be pinched if one is not paying attention. It's been awhile since my last PG, which was the disappointing 00 Raiser so it's been awhile since I have had to deal with wiring on a kit. I do have the Zeta, WZC, Strike, Red Frame, and RX-78 but they have all been in storage for years now.

PG Unicorn Pictorial review from the guy who did the videos I believe. http://くらくらプラモ.com/作成プラモ紹介/pgユニコーン%E3%80%80素組完成品%E3%80%80レビュー%E3%80%80有償サ/ And more LED light action http://gundamguy.blogspot.com/2014/11/pg-160-rx-0-unicorn-gundam-review-build_62.html

I feel that it's a bit better overall of a transformation than the MG. It seems there is a better mechanism for the knee to connect to once it's out, sure getting the pyscho frame out is still going to be a pain though. Also for the chest unit the MG FA Unicorn had a better lock than the standard release so if that is just as good if not better than that we should be good. I am impressed with it, considering the way he held the kit at times during the video not too many parts fell off, everything was stable and he didn't have to go and reopen sections he had once completed which is something I have had to deal with a lot on both of my MG Unicorns. Also he's hoping that there will be a Banshee PG but this is a must buy and it sucks I have to wait weeks for it.

All Things Videogame Related: EXTREME VS!!
kanedaestes replied to Keith's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
At this point I'm, and I never thought I would say this, am going Wii U. It has more fun games and the current gaming landscape on the other consoles is blah. I'm not an FPS or much of an online guy so most of their best offerings are lost on me. Plus there's not one game on either of those consoles that I'm excited for nor will be until Arkham Knight debuts. Wii U on the other hand has a ton of great fun games I can play with my girl or just more my current style. I blame getting a 3DS XL last year for finally bringing me back to Nintendo.- 6831 replies

Season 1 is great. Season 2 is disappointing with too many missed opportunities. Season 3 couldn't stay committed to the death/drama and was basically X-Men for witches. Season 4 so far is slow and not that interesting or freaky.

My friend gave me a code. The demo has 5 characters, 2 of which are new, and one stage but man is this game perfect. I can't wait for the full release, especially since most of my co-workers have 3DSs and have been dying for this game. It will make the break room utter choas and a great way to relieve stress.- 6831 replies

Avengers: Age of Ultron, in theaters May 1, 2015

The movie has little if anything to do with the TPB. It seems more based on older Ultron stories, just using a modern title is all- 398 replies

Other than Zgok I have all of the RGs and the Zeta 3 version as well as the add on for the MkII to make it super and the wave riding craft. The MkIIs are my overall favorite of the line with Strike Freedom a close second

I know and it hurts and sucks but after having these in hand I'm happy. Because of the articulation which I can't get with models, I have to now get the suits. Besides considering the lack of space in my current place they are great sizes as opposed to the MGs which I ran out of room to display. The worse offender is the RD 00 Gundam. Both the riser and GN-3 sword are two separate items to buy to complete it. That pisses me off more than the option parts. At least I get a decent deal with those for HA/SR, somewhat. Also since they mainly focused on the suits in the latter half of the show it makes sense they did that. Now why make Shenlong and Deathscythe exclusives is beyond me. Those would be obvious huge sellers. But who am I to talk. They suckered me good and I'm happy to have great versions of these suits finally. The fact Shenlong can hold a great pose with the arm extended without sagging blows my mind.

So I bit the bullet after looking at reviews and photos and got my first couple of RDs. They are all Wing because despite Zeta being the best series IMO, as an American Wing will always hold the top spot. Plus Bandai knowing this they've released tons of suits of enemies so I can create epic battles and scenes. But for now here are mine with Wing and the Sandrock/Heavyarms option packs coming by Friday. Sucks I have to buy two SR/HA especially considering the escalating price of HA but I also did just throw a lot down for Shenlong and Deathscythe.

Ultra Magnus is definitely out of scale but to be honest he was destined to be. One way or another one of his modes is going to be out of scale unless he was a parts formers which defeats it being a masterpiece. I overall don't mind except the butt flap issue. That could've been avoided with better planning- 16945 replies

I just got back from it. It's better than most of the Transformers movie franchise. You may be entertained (I was) but you will groan constantly at plot, contrived origins, and the other usual Bay-bs. Megan did better here than any other of her movies. I will say that the thing that surprised me most was Shredder. While he has been Bay converted he wwas still a great threat, not a robot, and legitimately fought hand to hand and not throw knives. His combat scenes make the movie for me.
