Right, even the experienced competent factory workers can give a rats-ass when it comes to QC/QA. What Yamato needs to do is have their QC/QA thoroughly inspect the unit over and over until all QC/QA members are satisfied.

But after seeing your pics, the 2.0's gripe is quite disturbing and I'm discouraged from buying one due to the fear of these reported gripes! This is unacceptable for such an expensive high grade toy!!

Because I'm disapointed! I would have thought that for something to be of better grade than the 1/48 to at least retain what the 1/48 has. But you're right, I probably shouldn't spend money on a new line of 1/60s.

By the way can the 2.0's nose cone be opened like the 1/48s? The wing flaps, missile pods, intakes, antennas etc?
