  1. Too bad Cali cost an arm and a leg. However, there are other parts in Cali which I'd rather not move to that is much cheaper. Nice home Macrossman!! Do you have pool too?
  2. I'd rather keep my options open and explore the world of wonders! I don't believe that happiness and contentment are from being in a relationsip (Married or otherwise) just to fill the empty void of loneliness either. In the words of Robert De Niro: "Just because I'm alone, doesn't mean I'm lonely."
  3. Shiets, I'm paying less than what I was renting. Besides, I don't like the idea of paying someone else's mortgage. And not to mention, the tax advantage as a home owner helps too. FYI, the person who I bought my home from paid approx. $230K back in '04 when it peeked. I paid far less than a fraction of that.
  4. I'd prefer independant over co-dependant!
  5. This would not have happen if you're financially versed!
  6. I see robot!
  7. What's the big deal about this clear fast pack?
  8. I'd rather have them work for it! I'd rather do that than to kiss or suck up to women!
  9. Someone sure loves this bird. Looks okay, but I'm more into the old school as thats what era I grew up watching and playing with.
  10. I'm 32 and you gave me the reason to remain a bachelor for another 32 yrs!
  11. When you're married, that is part of your daily duty as a hubby. I have never been married before, but I sure love bachelor's life. Which gives me more cash-flow at the end of the month. Happy 35th you old fart you! Haha.... me kidding brah.
  12. Sounds like you married to a low maintenance babe?
  13. Why wouldn't it?
  14. What are you saying here Jr? You have $8k in your account??!
  15. If I was 15, I would apply at In-n-out because they are the highest pay in the fast-food industry. I think its like $11 bucks?
  16. On your wedding day, I will intercept and rescue you from the dilemma and misery...
  17. Probably not, but you should refrain and start now. You'll thank me later.
  18. Ya know, there are times where I contemplated about quiting completely! I mean, like a cold turkey because it seems that once you start, you can never quit. Already owned a home, but I can sure use a bigger better home. Maybe a new M3 to go with a newer home instead of toys?! Anyways, as for your topic I have done the following to have more cash-flow than out-flow: 1. Stay home 2. Stay away from women 3. Be single without any dependant(s) 4. Avoid takeouts and eatouts 5. Bring luch to work 6. Avoid the movie theaters when you have www.videofriender.com 7. Avoid army building like me 8. Shop around and learn to negotiate prices Good luck all!
  19. That Roy is universal all around!
  20. I don't know what's up with Yamato's ass on this one, but this doesn't cut it for me! Is it that hard to make a 1/60 2.0 from the LV1 1/48! WTF...!!
  21. Damn kid! Why did you abused your toys -- the 25th ann!!?? If I was your folks dropping hundred dollar toys on you, I better not see it's head cut off!
  22. Why wouldn't the old ones go up in value while the newer ones are easily attainable? Sentimental value, nastalgic, and fond memories help sustain the value of the old school chunky monkies... Its a part of th 80's kids that grew up playing with them that led to this mile stone of the new 2.0.
  23. I think that the value will drop as the kids of the 80s that grew up playing with Macross toys and watching the cartoons begins to dwindle. Unless the new generation has a knowledge of this 80's Macross.
  24. Nothing really interest me from Mac Plus line.
  25. For display purposes my fellow Pinoy!
