  1. I'll take a set of those, as well, please.
  2. That's odd that Yellow's ride armor is on the box like that. If I remember correctly, Stick's doesn't have another bike on his box art, right? I don't remember the Blowsperior having that mudguard, either. Am I mistaken? Sure would be great if that was a tease on what was next.
  3. This thread is a constant reminder of Beagle's crappy luck. If they hadn't had the misfortune of releasing their ride armor just as the biggest recession since The Depression was beginning, we'd have a full set of great looking Cyclones. The scarcity and price of available units for the two releases that did make it to consumer's hands shows that demand is/was there.....timing wasn't. Hard to blame people for passing on picking the Beagle up when they weren't sure if they were going to have a job or lose their house, but still a shame.
  4. First off, let me say thank you to the folks on this forum for posting links to available orders and pre-orders. I was able to secure both Stick and Ray for their original prices. @mechaninac, are you planning on printing off a number of these for folks who request them? If so, I personally love "A" for Ray and Stick, but would love both "B" and "C" for when Rose and Yellow's bikes get released (fingers crossed) so that all the clusters are different.
  5. Didn't have the money till a month ago. I know for preorders they say they don't take money out until it ships, but I've experienced plenty of times where they take money out all different times and I couldn't take the chance. Oh, well. It's a toy. I'll just hope that the preorders aren't the only ones released and the price is the same.
  6. Seven!? Hell. Would have been nice to have been able to get ONE. Oh, well.
  7. Yes, the riobots. Was thinking about making the jump for a preorder if they're still available.
  8. Are these available for preorder anywhere anymore?
  9. What's in the lower right hand corner? Looks like it's in the same display case as the Riobot ride armors and can be seen in the case's reflection.
  10. Almost a full page and nobody's posted this one? http://youtu.be/eRBwvIX7Sao or this.... http://youtu.be/C-DeI3ohVbY or my personal favorite.. http://youtu.be/6uDgQDSI8kQ
  11. How much are those Scott MPCs going for now? Can't seem to find them anywhere and I was under the assumption that they were horrible sellers.
  12. I've spent the majority of my time studying kung fu (Northern Shaolin Seven Star Praying Mantis) and have just recently started taking Krav Maga classes. You're always going to get people saying one style is better than another. It's kind of the nature of martial arts, unfortunately. You're not going to hear me say Krav is better than this style, or praying mantis is better than that style. What I will say is that Krav is definitely different than anything I've ever taken before (and I've been into martial arts for all but a few of my 37 years of life). I believe somebody in here stated that Krav isn't a martial art.....and this is true. It is a combat system. It's not artistic. It's down and dirty. It's ugly. It's mean. It's unfair. It's dishonest. It's MEANT to hurt somebody. There is no honor in Krav. Only survival. I know that sounds cheezy, but that's what it amounts to. They don't teach you discipline, or how to be a better man/woman. They expect you to already have that. And if you don't, or you have a bad attitude, or show that you'd abuse what you learn, they'll ask you to leave. Someone made mention that krav's ground system sucks. It may not be as indepth as, say....jiujitsu. However, it teaches most of the same principles. The main difference being that in krav maga, going to the ground is considered a no no and to be avoided whenever possible. It has it in it's system because you need to know what to do and how to escape. Ground fighting might be great in the ring....or even one on one all alone...but, most REAL fights are nothing like being in the ring nor are they against a single opponent, I know the fights that I've been in haven't been. Anyhow, Agent ONE, if you like to fight you'll LOVE krav maga. It's extremely aggressive and an amazing workout as well. There's a certain beauty in all fighting styles, I guess. But, if you're looking for the tradition and teachings of a martial art, krav may not be for you.
  13. On days I'm feeling particularly gangsta, I listen to this....
  14. Fist of Legend's gotta be up there. Iron Monkey, The Prodigal Son, Tai Chi (NOT to be confused with Tai Chi Master), Close Encounters of the Spooky Kind, Five Fingers of Death, Five Deadly Venoms....lord, I could go on and on. Jet Li, Donnie Yen, Sammo Hung, Yuen Biao, Sonny Chiba all seemed like my brothers growing up, I watched them so much. Jackie Chan had some good movies too.....more his earlier films, though. Snake in Eagle's Shadow and such. Tell you what, though....his battles with Benny "The Jet" in Dragons Forever and Meals on Wheels were unbelievable. If you haven't seen them..... and
  15. Sooooo.....is this thing 1/60 or 1/100 and has the size been confirmed?
  16. This may be a dumb question, but which version of Roy had the greyish tint?
  17. Wait, I'm confused. Is this the same Macross that Yamato was putting out for $500 that's now turned into a $2000+ model kit?
  18. In the face of the whole Beagle/Toynami ride armor disaster (as a lover of motorcycles, I was REALLY looking forward to those), the fact that this thing might still be coming is the best news I've had in months. Now, if they'd only announce a Spartan.........
  19. Ah......so simple. Thanks, my man.
  20. Ok, how do I get those damned black lines covering the text to go away?
  21. Not in any particular order of course......
  22. Hmmmm.....I was under the impression that the Shadow Fighters weren't supposed to have any markings.
  23. Wow....that's kinda out of the blue, isn't it? Had anybody heard any news on this being released prior to this post? I'm glad it's coming out (even if my wallet's not too thrilled) but it's just a little suprising that nobody'd heard a thing about it until now. *edit* I guess releasing this now WOULD make sense with the GBP coming out and all....do you think they'll be packaging them together?
