  1. Agreed. Nonetheless it really does look good and seems to transform smoothly. My only concern, like others have said is the sliding shoulder plates. I remember making custom shoulders for the Yamato 1/48, but they actually were made with a knuckle connector similar to the lineart, slid back and forth, and the shoulders telescoped to tuck into the backplate during frighten mode. I never went ahead and made the parts past the prototype stage but they worked really well. Who knows, one day I might decide to complete my 1/48 upgrades.
  2. I’m with you on this.
  3. But you know, it shouldn’t be too hard to place LEDs into it.
  4. No. It’s just a piece of great looking jewelry.
  5. That slight mod really looks good.
  6. I’m on the same boat as you. I just hope if they do realease more variants that they will follow through with Super, Stike, and GBP parts.
  7. It happens only the the 1/48. With the 1/60 I have never had it happen. The large plate between the fins flexed an the joint just pops out and can be easily placed where it should be.
  8. This happens with the Yamato. Honestly, it’s not a deal breaker. The good thing is that the part didn’t break. I really enjoyed seeing the transformation, but like others have said there really is nothing new. All of it is mostly refined and tried efforts. still looking forward to it.
  9. So after going through and straightening the misaligned parts I was able to get Isamu’s ride nice and ready. So ready that he opted for a slightly larger fold booster.
  10. Just came in from CDJapan. Antenna is intact, but these was definitely crammed into the box. Here a slew of pictures. Damn you Bandai. i went thei the transformation sequence and found the main culprit to be a misaligned hip joint.
  11. Oh sorry that happened. Just repaint it and it should be okay. Just be careful nex time.
  12. Why is this here. Please refer to the appropriate topic.
  13. Arcadia did such a great job, but this is my biggest gripe...funky intake design, weird nonparallel accent line on intake, and the enormous gap at the knee joint. These are the areas where the Arcadia shines and unfortunately that’s it. My order has yet to arrive but I am still anticipating it’s arrival. Hopefully with no issues. It’s weird that this has so many issues eventhough it 95% the same as the 19Adv. I feel for those who have YF-19s with issues. Knock on wood I get a good one.
  14. If they do make a reasonably close lauch arm (and not like the Atmospheric Booster) I am totally in for one.
  15. Just rub it out.
  16. That is some really cool effects.
  17. I hope to get the Fokker as well. Let’s just hope they fix his height and adjust the seat to accommodate a larger body. Should they make the 1D Cockpit I don’t know what I would do to make space for all these.
  18. Wow, great job. Keep on doin what you’re doing,
  19. That is a great display!
  20. That is a great display.
  21. Whoa if it’s an itch near your wallet then you would better off using this instead.
  22. Very cool. How long did it take to build?
  23. Got my shipping confirmation today. Let the waiting begin.
