Agreed. While I do like crossover releases as reverance, it walkways seems better to keep it original.

Somewhere, Takatoku cries in it’s sleep. Box looks nice but this is desecration of a long lost and prestigious company. Like placing a steaming pile in a Ferrari and calling it an accessory. Toynami has no shame.

Not at all Macross, but I have been looking for Aphrodite A for ever. As soon as I bought her I found a 1973 Jumbo Machinder Mazinga at a great price with original parts. I really like this set!

This resin kit is really nice to build. Just know that if you do buy a recast you might not have the metal frame inside and will have to make some serious modifications to make the extending parts stronger. nicest part of this is that it also doubles as an awesome gold booster!

Amazing collection! Wish I could display my collection like that. This makes me rethink holding onto the boxes, but then again where will I store all the accessories.

That is a great haul. My 12 year old daughter just picked up the IT Pennywise and accessories set. Neca did a fantastic job on the sculpt and everything else. Holy Cacabachaca sucks that you received your SW items in such poor condition.

Nice set of pictures That is great management of forced perspective using the HMR VE-1. -
While possible it is the laziest and easiest way to produce this. I would rather much have a true CF pilot with a light sequence that makes it appear to explode.

I am pretty sure the Hasbro would not care or be able to do anything about. It’s a repaint of a mold they no longer have control over.

Is the skull tampo on the tailfins of the HMR just as bad as the HM. I was foddering with my set of DYRL HM 4-set and noticed the tail wing tampos are at an almost 20 degree shift. I think is mostly due to an overly sized Jolly Roger insignia.

Beautiful addition! Now go out and buy another Max 1A and a Roy 1S to make the Max 1S that never was in 1/48. I made a custom by doing this switch of parts between the two and it looks phenomenal. Yamato missed the boat on this one.
