It seems Bandai has a pattern developing with HMR. My VF-1D was missing the wing with Macross Kite. I asked the vendor to replace it and they just ignored my request. So luckily I used my PayPal assurance and got a full refund. Of course I bought another and it was complete.

All good here in LA. Did scare the kids, but after speaking with them they feel more confident and understand that panicking will not help. My collection survived but that is the very least of my worries. The big one is yet to come. This is the story that scared me as a kid and to this day nothing. Knocks on wood. Hope everyone affected directly and indirectly made it through safe and sound.

If this relationship is true, well then it’s time to give it a rest. If you don’t like HG don’t support what they produce. If you do well then good for you. At this point there is nothing to do but accept what has happened and understand that this is far beyond our control. Speculation will do nothing to better the situation. Let the hatchet rest and call it a day. If there are those who still support HG products who are we to cast a negative shadow on their choices? It’s time to move past all this. If you like Macross, well then, cool. If you like RTec well then good for you too. It’s over for now...

These are clearly not the same Yamato stands. When you see these in person, the feel, look, weight, size, and touch are unique to this stand. This is all that comes in the box.

This type of thread never gets old. I wonder what will happen once we have a true and lineart correct VF. Will these kinds of threads cease to exist? Or will we just complain for no apparent reason?

Nice hauls everyone! I just picked up this lovely custom 1/6 Hikaru TV figure. I placed a 1/55 gunpod and stood him next the the T-Rex Zjentloudy for comparison.

Wasn’t aware there was a delay. But just an FYI Arcadia is not the delay. I have 4 stands scheduled to arrive in on the 9th from HLJ. The delay is more than likely from Amazon, or Arcadia has to fill in back orders.

Agreed. While I do like crossover releases as reverance, it walkways seems better to keep it original.

Somewhere, Takatoku cries in it’s sleep. Box looks nice but this is desecration of a long lost and prestigious company. Like placing a steaming pile in a Ferrari and calling it an accessory. Toynami has no shame.

Not at all Macross, but I have been looking for Aphrodite A for ever. As soon as I bought her I found a 1973 Jumbo Machinder Mazinga at a great price with original parts. I really like this set!

This resin kit is really nice to build. Just know that if you do buy a recast you might not have the metal frame inside and will have to make some serious modifications to make the extending parts stronger. nicest part of this is that it also doubles as an awesome gold booster!

Amazing collection! Wish I could display my collection like that. This makes me rethink holding onto the boxes, but then again where will I store all the accessories.
